UTP - I used to regularly trade in and out of this in the early days, usually spending about £4 or 5k a time for a million shares and taking a quick profit on news. Then about 4 years ago I began to change my mind and suspecting what could be about to come, kept a core holding. Today I own a house in the south of England, 1.4m shares and more cash than I've never had in my life, all courtesy of EUA. The shares I have left will be staying put for the final prize, whatever it may be. It is great fun to watch it all unfold and I know it gives many long termers a great buzz. GLA!

These funds don't like risk, and won't just jump in. They will have done site visits and due diligence, and they'll see this as a very juicy dividend yielding asset for their pension funds.
