30/11/2020 19:45 | I'm sure any serious buyer would use agents to acquire as many as possible under the radar, to give then as much of an advantage as possible prior to going public. Usually they would discreetly approach directors with large holdings to try and get irrevocable agreement of support by offering that director a seat in the next board, and the percentages soon accumulate easily to 30 or 40%, but the last 10 or 20% are the expensive ones to acquire because by then the game is rumbled and a formal bid has to be offered... This is about to get very exciting! | excellance
30/11/2020 19:29 | Hostile TO? How? It doesn't make sense. No 1% treshold reported recently and today trading represents just around 5% of the co. Either funds left it to the last day to buy the required amont or we will see an RNS tomorrow.Guess which one I would prefer:) ?Just a few hours of waiting .... | user2007
30/11/2020 19:19 | Isn't today just about funds having to buy in as they have at GGP? Too much of a coincidence to have two hostile takeovers? | mgellie
30/11/2020 19:18 | I'd like to see what Zak thinks about today's price action. I think the flagpole theory may be about to play out here and believe that would put the price firmly into the forties. | charles clore
30/11/2020 19:17 | Surely any company involved in the FSP stage wouldn't be able to buy EUA at mo - so if hostile it would have to be another org and a lot more shares? | mgellie
30/11/2020 19:07 | 73m shares bought for 38.85p That is massive! Is someone started taking positions in anticipation of a hostile T/O? | excellance
30/11/2020 18:46 | Burnt to a crisp. Should of listened to your dad never play with fire.. | jayrh

30/11/2020 18:04 | Mind you my AJB account shows the share price at 36.5p and regardless of thst you only get what you agree to sell them for on the day...it's all indicative, and the indications are very positive! | excellance
30/11/2020 18:01 | Agreed, this feels like the strongest possibility so far. Can't wait for tomorrow!! | skynet2000
30/11/2020 17:58 | And the nay sayers, Deramping, and the general dregs of humanity, where are they today? What grubby rock are they hiding under? Fantastic day. I think I'll go straight to bed so tomorrow comes around a little sooner. | excellance
30/11/2020 17:46 | It would be lovely if after months of speculation, theories and rumours this one was correct and we finally got an RNS tomorrow announcing a bid, it does seem feasible for once!GLA | amont92051

30/11/2020 17:17 | Asagi - are you still short? You must have taken it out at what, 10 or 11 p??? Ooooof. | mgellie
30/11/2020 17:09 | People buying over 38p will know more about a speeding ticket. The cat is out of the bag and could well open around the high forties. | snoopy12
30/11/2020 17:08 | 45p tomorrow? only 15% rise!! | mold breaker
30/11/2020 17:07 | We already had a speeding ticket recently so maybe there will not be one this time | 78steve |
