Funny how mms look like they set opening at 32 33. If they sell many will buy and share price will shoot back up and they will be clambering to buy back in.

....its not a speeding ticket. It doesn't say they don't know why share price risen. They say share price risen but there's been no new developments... other than previous rns of them instructing lawyers and having an offer and trying to close a deal. So at any moment when that happens then an rns will be released.This current rns is in relation to a rumour of a deal already having been signed which is not the case. Its being worked at and could be at any moment

Wow an opportunity for another cheap top up. I hope so but i dont believe it will happen. They might take it down to scare some into selling. They will not let you buy at that cheap price. Seen it all before. I could be wrong

As seems to be the norm with EUA RNSs at the moment it is as much what they don't say as what they do.There is no "we know of no reason why the share price movement " in there - so they do, but they can't legally say it yet.The RNS is curt, I'm thinking that their broker told them they had to put something out, even though they didn't want to."There are no new developments". The only new development that would need RNSing now is the sale of all or part of the company i.e. everything is still going on like we told you on 30th September.Again, between the lines, this was the perfect opportunity for EUA to put a break on the price if the bid prices they are looking at are below the current share price They haven't. This isn't a speeding ticket.....obviously those nasty MMs will drop the price first thing, but I don't think the price will stay down for long.Again, between the lines, this RNS says we do know of a reason, but we can't tell you yet, our broker said we had to put something out about the share price movement, but keep buying.Just my take.......

The only change I can see is that the price of palladium went up $250 in a week, and obviously that is material but not notifiable.

Exactly! There's been no new developments i.e deal signed yet other than the previous rns they stated they had an offer and working with them to close a deal. So still ... once deal signed an rns will be released. Nothings changed.

Interesting wording.

"No new developments that require formal notification" is not the same as "no new developments" otherwise they would have told us.

Was there a news article or rumour that I haven't seen, because other than the share price rising a bit I'm not aware of anything new or material that today's rns alludes to...??

That's your opinion. Given we all believe offers should be above 70p to a few quid.... its still very very cheap for the buyer. If anything i think the board would prefer share price higher. So then they can say look we at 1 quid so your going to have to pay 2 quid etc. We hopefully will pass 40p mark today. There's no resistance from charts to 57p. Hoping this week we head towards this 54 to 57p range

If there was going to be a big differential between the current share price and the bid price this was the perfect opportunity for Eurasia to put the brakes on, they didn’t. I will be topping up this morning.
