You'll find that EUA have been running WK since the contractor was removed abruptly mid season. Took us all by surprise. I wonder did something happen then unrelated to production there as we now know they've been working with these two massive banks since before they signed this letter.

"Eurasia, an established producer of palladium, platinum, iridium, rhodium and gold is pleased to announce that CITIC, one of China's largest investment banks and VTB Capital, one of Russia's largest investment banks (together the "Banks") have already started (even prior to signing their respective engagement letters) assisting the Company with strategic options for its current mining assets (the Company's Kola and Urals assets (the "Assets")), including assessing the proposals set out in the announcement on 15 September 2019."

Since before 15th of September perhaps? Did the new fella also set us up for sale when he got all those free shares? DS is/was going to become even more wealthy as a result of the potential sale of these assets. Luckily the rest of us share holders now being taken along for the ride.

WK produced platinum last year. The circuit was modified this year to try and get more palladium.

Yes definitely a nice way to end the WK season on $900+ per oz since EUA are now running the show. Another reason they cleared the decks on WK too imo, getting ready for the for sale signs.

This has always been a russian laundry vehicle and the last profit is being taken before close down. Look at KOD,VAST,PREM,OEX et al all pumped followed by collapse and all with links to lenigas

They're certainly clearing out a lot of small punters so far today. I'm waiting for the first of the bidders to emerge. MT as we know is unusual due to it being predominantly Pd rather than Pt. Pd is in physical shortage therefore its price keeps rising. So we've a massive asset in a very popular and limited market. Perfect storm brewing. I'm just wondering will it be a Russian giant or Chinese that gets it in the end or some sort of jv.

At a price of around 1.20p Eurasia is valued at around £30M. The question investors should be asking is, if Eurasia is sold is it going to be sold (with approx 15M ozs predominantly palladium) for anywhere around this level. Two major investment banks don't get involved in these sorts of deal expecting to make the odd £ million, as it probably wouldn't cover their costs. What would this mean for any eventual price.....
