Down 28% so far today on trading update and no comment - Must be nearly the quietest thread on ADVFN for a 250 coy. But how much longer in the 250 index - Could this be an additional reason why falling ?

Majority of buys again today despite the continued drop...anybody have any thoughts on when the market makers might decide this is over sold?! Looks like we just overran the March 2014 peak around 915, plus crossed a 200 day moving average?

Takeover is not out of the question........it is definitely the right kind of size, is well managed and well spread internationally. A tasty morsel may be?

Surprised at the lack of posts on this thread for what is a quality company. The chart here is now looking good and the share price may well be looking to re-establish is longer term upward trend.

Listened ims conference call yesterday. CEO was evasive and wordy - he talked about big/chunky orders but said he can't disclose ... I for one was not impressed.

Trading Update tomorrow

Oversold at this price and still growing - Deutsche target 950 - interview with sales director reckons they are busy expanding different product lines

I reckon its at fair value after the panmure & numis notes - up & down like a tarts knickers at the mo as not much upside or downside - 15% growth expected so i think deutsche had it right at 925 going forward.

Good shorting opportunity here. Combination of several factors:

- Long and sustained share price rally up to results day

- Expect a lot of profit taking, as many investors 'buy the rumour, sell the news'

- Balance sheet and P&L figures look like they belong to a £200m - £500m company, rather than one valued at a whopping £2bn

- Net Tangible Asset value actually fell from 15p per share to 2.5p per share. Market capitalisation is currently at a 35,000% premium to NTAV!!

- All the annual profit, and more, was spent on the acquisition of intangibles and payment of dividends

- EPS of 26p puts these on a high PE ratio of 32

- Net debt increased to over £200m

Just a few thoughts. No opinion on how good the company is, or it's products or staff. Just a simple value calculation looking at P&L & Balance Sheet. Reckon there's a fair chance of these falling to 700p very short term, and perhaps 400p in the medium run. Still a massive overvaluation based on fundamentals.

Figures look to be ahead of market expectations. share price a bit frothy at the moment but expect the general upward trend to continue once things settle down.

Deutsche Upgrades to 925p

And technically oversold going into results 20Feb

My spreadsheet calcs a near term price of 932p (similar to Deutsche) and long term price of 974p so I think overall this looks undervalued by approx 100p
