It was a matter of time - finally all of the small fry sellers ran out & breakout buyers pushed it higher. Expect a run on 100p tomorrow pre results.

From lse board.. No trade to buy....Today 20:00 For last 5 minutes into close so will very likely open up very blue in the morning and tomorrow we will go north of a quid. The share price should never have been anywhere near where we are now hence the massive director buys last month. I'm expecting the reuslts on Thursday to be very good and the share price to make a move towards £2 and possibly above. Looking forward to the presentation on Friday morning!

Wow I missed this. The number of trades reported seemed really low, why did that price rise so suddenly on such low volume?

I can’t wait for the idiots selling each attempted breakout to get locked out & have to buy back higher. Swing trading a range can work for a while but it’s just delaying the inevitable re-rate here.

For balance, worth noting that part of the profit warning was due to the unexpected loss of a customer (no figures given but presumably significant). Also there was significant director selling in early 2021, some months ahead of the fundraise (much more significant than the recent buying). Having said all that, the EV looks v low compared to the turnover (which recurs) and there has been some clumsy insto selling, so it is IMO mispriced and I am a shareholder.

Indeed, both the US & UK operations have achieved profitability & they are now going after market share. You can't go after market share if you don't have a strong balance sheet!

If nothing else you have to give them some credit for raising so much cash at > £2. The balance sheet benefited massively.

Presumably the directors that bought heavily a couple of weeks ago aren't worried. And, who's better placed for that foresight? Instead, they see an opportunity for a very timely addition to their existing significant skin in the game, by taking advantage of some extreme offloading by questionable "professionals".
