17/8/2020 08:51 | Keep it up someuwin, it seems like another exciting day for some but nothing compared to what will come imo. £1 in a year or two. | clocktower
17/8/2020 08:34 | With almost £9m cash, this has to be one of the best value stocks on the market. | someuwin
17/8/2020 08:20 | Friend recently sent this over when I asked how he liked his eve mattress as I was thinking about buying shares: hxxps://www.wired.co He did say it was one of the best mattresses he’d slept on and that plus the recovering share price tipped the scales but thought may be useful for balance. Will hold for a while I suspect. | danielinnes74
17/8/2020 07:42 | Interesting to see if we can hold close to 4p this time or fall back again. | ewanwhose
17/8/2020 00:50 | Right team, right place, right time. | goodapple
16/8/2020 21:39 | And Next and Homebase | ewanwhose
16/8/2020 21:05 | Didn't realise until today that EVE are selling products through Argos website too. Impressive. Good to see them getting high ratings too. | someuwin
14/8/2020 17:44 | eve mentioned here by Zak Mir | marketboy
14/8/2020 13:22 | "On the latest episode of the Dog 'n' Bone, we speak to Cheryl Calverley, CEO of Eve Sleep, and Luke Smith, CEO and co-founder of digital marketing agency Croud. The pair discuss Cheryl's move from CMO to CEO, the nature of D2C marketing..." Very interesting interview as Cheryl came from senior marketing roles at Unilever, Birds Eye and The AA and Croud is one of the digital agencies EVE uses. As EVE is effectively an ecommerce company (although they do sell through some Next home stores) Its ALL about marketing and digital strategies. This case study from Croud show how they helped EVE increase sales through Amazon resulting in a 462% increase in revenue. As we know, online / digital is the future and Covid has brought that future much closer. I think the team at EVE could make this a significant player (and maybe not just in bedroom furniture). And you can buy into this future at the moment for little more than cash level! | someuwin
14/8/2020 13:03 | Saw this tipped on the evraz thread so bought a little holding this AM. Pleasantly pleased :) | danielinnes74
14/8/2020 12:09 | The more I look into this co, the more I like. So I've bought more shares today. | someuwin
14/8/2020 11:35 | Not worth getting excited about yet - do that at £1. 😃 | clocktower
14/8/2020 10:28 | Agreed! The sheer levels of investment that were required to get eve to this market share and brand recognition are no way represented in the share price. With online continuing to gain from traditional retailers and a CEO who seems smart and has a plan, this company has a huge future. A long long way still to go! As you say none of that is reflected in a price that is little more than cash in hand! | richie07
14/8/2020 10:24 | Market cap little more than cash. You're effectively buying a quality, online beds / mattress / bedroom furniture company for nothing! | someuwin
14/8/2020 10:09 | My top up this morning looks well timed! | richie07
14/8/2020 10:08 | Another tick up! | richie07
14/8/2020 09:42 | Very difficult to buy any now. | someuwin
14/8/2020 09:10 | Cash flow positive in the period No debt. Net cash at 30 June 2020 of £9.1m Market cap £8.7m | someuwin
14/8/2020 09:03 | Starting to move again. Do we get a gap up to 4/5p? | richie07
14/8/2020 08:47 | Stock is tight. Can get a buy quote for £3k. But not £4k. | someuwin
11/8/2020 09:44 | This part too;Online shopping remained "prominent" in July, accounting for 40% of sales, said Paul Martin, UK head of retail at KPMG. Computer sales also continued to soar as people who could worked from home, he said. | richie07
11/8/2020 09:40 | I like this part! Food sales continued to be strong, while furniture and homeware sales also did well as people "increasingly invest in their time at home", the BRC-KPMG retail sales report found. | richie07
11/8/2020 09:07 | Good news for EVE... "Retail sales rose again in July, but shops are still trying to make up lost ground, industry body figures suggest. They show the number of visits to High Streets is still down significantly as people shop online instead..." | someuwin |
