25/6/2022 00:26 | Are you a bottom feeder, you made your point multiple times it getting old.Do you want to make your 10%? | neo26
24/6/2022 09:47 | I suspect the problem being that if anyone were to take over the company as is, all the labilities flow through - returns - employment issues - redundancy payments maybe - let alone suppliers and who knows what maybe owed in taxes one way and another. These things tend to compound themselves as soon as the red flags fly (which they have been by the directors). | clocktower
24/6/2022 08:28 | Being dumped hard now. Total lack of buyers. That's not good. | terminator101
23/6/2022 21:41 | You are not allowed to do that if you want to participate in the process. It's all in the rules | gregpeck7
15/6/2022 12:47 | PMSL just like watching all you gamblers lose money in these penny shares :D This could soon be suspended and delisted :) PMSL | mrblueface
14/6/2022 17:36 | MrBlueface, reading your posts makes me recommend you seek help from a urologist; you obviously have an acute problem when you laugh :) | geemantw
14/6/2022 12:34 | This is a worthless company, my opinion so shares suspended and delisted PMSL. Buy or gamble at your peril | mrblueface
10/6/2022 19:05 | I read it that Kingston was asking about 'this very low price'. I've read it again and pretty sure the reference is to 'at this very low price'. I assume that means since the Monday RNS – and maybe for a few weeks before. If management knew a deal were arriving next Monday they obviously couldn't buy and haven't been able to buy for a while. Maybe there won't be a deal; maybe there will. People here don't know either way though will have their instincts and I suggest that not everyone's instinct will agree. | geemantw
10/6/2022 18:10 | Not the old "directors can't buy because they are in a closed period" ruse. Except Cheryl and the other overpaid Directors have had ample opportunity to buy over the years. The fact they haven't tell you everything you need to know. | terminator101
10/6/2022 16:22 | Directors couldn't have bought anytime the US investor was involved in negotiations and can't buy now either, while the company is for sale. The recent low price will have been entirely covered by a 'closed' period. Before that they would have known that sales were affected by Ukraine etc. so perhaps yes, they decided not to buy, knowing that times are tough. They didn't sell what they have. I guess that would have been too much of a red flag but at least they didn't say 'for tax reasons' or 'to buy a family house' which some might. | geemantw
10/6/2022 15:01 | There is a saying, "follow the directors". I note that the directors own relatively few shares in the company. They have not bought any shares at this "low" price. They have quite a lot of options granted to them at an exercise price of 0.1 p so that really is their incentive. At the current rate of fall their options will be under the water. | kingston78
10/6/2022 10:16 | I cannot see anyone wanting to pay more than a few bucks for the brand, as it has turned itself into a sales site and wasted huge sums of money in France, where they had as much hope of making a success as trying to hold the tide back. I bet their just trying to liquidate stock, and heaven knows how many mattresses are coming back now. | clocktower
10/6/2022 09:44 | More lower | zxie
10/6/2022 06:51 | Then go ahead, buy, instead of wasting time postulating here. | glavey
09/6/2022 23:03 | This is against a backdrop of a current sub 3m mkt cap.. I say again, most administrations become asset stripping exercise because there is a debt covenant breach. Not the case here, there is cash in the bank. Any lifestyle brand, M&S , John Lewis, Next, could add EVE to the stable, also DFS etc etc, the transaction would be similar to a rounding error at the current price, even Amazon may be interested, why not, use it as the Amazon mattress range.... I see this is a starter for 10. The thought that this is not a decent buy at 1p per share is just nonsense. Zero Debt Which award winning product range Could Trade profitably in UKI (I would just ditch the foreign adventure) Outstanding range of sleep wellness products Premium and well respected brand Website up and running and a "good" web experience Superb trust pilot rating 30m of revenue per annum Loyal customer base Customer information database | gregpeck7
09/6/2022 08:26 | So much for their One Year Trial - is it little wonder that folks are walking away from a deal because of possible labilities I guess. | clocktower
09/6/2022 06:50 | "Incredible" indeed. = "Impossible to believe". | glavey
08/6/2022 14:52 | GregI think they must have ate most of the 4.5m that was with them at 1st january 2022.The board and shareholders need to be realist, dont demand stupid money else this will just get liquidated and nothing returned to shareholders.Get rid, but concerning the US party walked away. | neo26
08/6/2022 14:48 | If someone offers 2p a share they should sell. This is a slow death for eve there is no point pumping more cash in it.They have to sell. | neo26
08/6/2022 12:58 | People slowly waking up to the incredible value here at 1p! | gregpeck7
08/6/2022 12:12 | DFS will buy the company very soon imho. | sandy12345
08/6/2022 12:08 | I would expect cash is at least 3m... Current mkt cap around 2.6m? So if you were to say buy the lot for 2p (which is still 100% up from here) It only actually costs 3m.. Why is this attractive? Zero Debt Which award winning product range Trading profitably in UKI (I would just ditch the foreign adventure) Outstanding range of sleep wellness prodcuts Premium and well respected brand Website up and running and a "good" web experience Superb trust pilot rating 30m of revenue per annum Loyal customer base Customer information database I could go on.. But this is a stonking buy at these levels.. Someone will buy them... The idiots going on about administration don't know what they are talking about.. The BIG difference here is there is no debt hanging over this. Almost always there is, so you do need to "buy " this company... And its a steal at these prices. | gregpeck7 |
