Yes not good Andrea, hopefully not the shape of things to come, I re-read the last Abbey town RNS and sounds like it is Aidan that's running the show in Ireland and probably has more idea what's going on over there!

This was ADP last RNS back in December
"We remain focused on creating shareholder value through commercial discovery of base or precious metal assets in proven mineral districts and in favourable European jurisdictions and look forward to updating the market as we advance the 2019 programmes." I agree what programmes ADP?

Andrea I am sure when the abbeytown results come out anton will go on a pr offensive, I know they are planning an investor event later this month, I presume he is waiting for positive news to introduce himself to market and be a more positive influence on the share price

So why isn't Anton talking to shareholders then, with his new "Cunning Plan" ?

Now 7 weeks of silence since Merlin "Resigned".

WHY INVEST –
• Funded exploration in Sweden/finland, very little risk and downside for the company
• 2 major backers in place with cornerstone investor and jv partner both 1.5 billion MCAP COMPANIES, who are happy to put their money in here,
• BOD with skin in the game 22% of the company owned by them
• BOD with a proven track record of discoveries and sales of assets
• Not a company that is sitting around, successful work program this year on time and on budget in all the works they have done
• Cash situation looks manageable for another 12 months
• Share price at 52 week low, so little downside from here, cash is EQUAL TO MCAP so no factoring cost for the work done so far or the assets held

also the FF here is only 33% so that means 10m shares in circulation, if the news lands right expecting a very quick rerate on this one as no value currently attributed to assets. this company listed to progress the abbeytown mine and so far results have been excellent, next results which are due now will go more to proving the have a commercially viable asset. time for the market to wake up to the potential here.
What’s the potential value in the ground
Estimate 8mt at 12.5% combined = 1mt * $2500 = $2.5 billion, 500,000 per year mined gives a mine life of 16years. That’s about 10000t per week *12.5% = 1250t ore * $2500 = $3.1m per week or $163m a year. As it’s a brownfield site it means very low capex, this could be interesting for some of the big players currently looking for sites in Ireland or a smaller player looking for a manageable project with low capex they could mine easily. Should get a good guide from the next set of results which are due in the next couple of weeks, company also saying will be giving guide to what the size of the resource is, but don’t forget already identified extensions

Quite agree Neo. Had the same thing confirmed myself, but VERY disappointed to not hear even a Squeak from Anton, in the 6 weeks he has been running the ship.

Had it been me, I would have had a shareholder meeting AND done a Proactive Podcast the very day I first had my hand on the tiller. Perhaps he is worn out from doing all of the "Strictly" Christmas Specials - he DID look good in drag though !

With drilling ending in sept at sweden brannberg project one got the feeling centerra may not opt in as days later our ceo Mervin was replaced. Its very positive Centerra has agreed to still partner us on other gold licenses in sweden and the new ones we are applying for in finland. Gold project for me is pure upside as it doesnt cost us anything and we get 10% for doing the work.Abbeytown is why im here, they have had very good results South of the old mine upto 400m away. The company believes that further potential away from 400m strike length also. They have also taken samples from 8 pillars in the old mine and all of them returned high grade minerals. Currently they are drilling underground from the mine and if the can prove up the continuity we are looking at potential commercial asset.Another thing they can get to mineral via the old mine tunnels this will decrease production cost significantly. One important point eris stated they completed surface drilling in oct but they still drilling via surface now. So this is extremely interesting, ive heard there was quite a bit of workers on site all had eris jackets on.Looking forward to abbeytown results, the right news can increase share price to over 20p. Not many shares about...Imho

Well , luks like it's Abbeytown, or bust. Sweden disappointing, given initial promise.

Let's hope they come up with the goods there ? Also had the drilling activity confirmed on the ground at Abbeytown myself, so we'll probably see something the other side of Xmas now ?

Some gold exploration companies sometimes rally for less than the results announced today, but for a company the size of Centerra with higher criteria it's move onto the next target, yet there may well be a chance another company could get interested in Brannberg. As long as newsflow continues then interest in this share hopefully continues too. It seems to me ERIS either has or applies technology that Centerra find 'useful' at least to quickly scan through areas and in case there is nothing/not much for them they move on, but like you say Centerra is footing the bill in any case.

and a possible JV on Brannberg, its all free running on Sweden and Finland as Centerra are funding it, so the focus for Erris is on Abbeytown ;-)

Brannberg potential is less than 1Moz so our jv cant continue on it as their threshold is greater than 1Moz.Centerra will continue to jv with us in other licenses, we are applying for license in finland. We were told back in june karingberget initial results didnt light up like a christmas tree, we get rid of this.Lets wait for abbeytown now.

Centerra still our jv partner so they will continue to explore our other gold licenses.Abbeytown news should be in near future. The company said they will do a proactive interview with Anton, lets see if its today.Mkt cap 2.3m cash is £2.2m.

The project now reverts back 100% to Erris Resources and the Company will undertake follow up work to determine the resource potential of the project and consider whether it can be advanced on its own or potentially in partnership with a junior gold developer.
I wonder if they have someone for the next piece of news :-)

The Company is pleased to announce that Centerra Gold has elected to continue its generative agreement with the Company covering Sweden and has also expanded the programme into Finland. Under the terms of the agreement, Centerra Gold is committed to spend $250,000 on generative exploration work in 2019 with the option to elect individual projects to earn a 70% interest by spending US$3 million, as to 51% by spending US$1 million and an additional 19% by spending US$2 million.
Still have the support from Centerra, therefore not costing us anything that's good!

Now for Abbeytown :-)

Erris Resources CEO, Anton du Plessis, said, "While the results at Brännberg did not return the potential for a plus million ounce gold deposit in line with Centerra's size criteria, there is still potential for a smaller gold deposit that could be suitable for a small to mid size gold producer.
