Ok,

Buying in the open market now, and ensuring your shares are on the register at 27th October means you will qualify for the distribution of share certificates in Erris Gold Resources.

It’s only holders of the current shares in issue of 38836787 shares who will receive the EGR shares.
So, anybody buying now up until I’d guess 3 days before the 27th (to ensure the share register is updated properly) will qualify.

And post EGM, there will indeed be roughly 204 million shares in issue.

Erris/zinnwald will have approx €1 million euros, + €1.35 million euros, + £3.75 million pounds, less placing fees, less €400k euros that is being given to EGR, as cash in bank, plus 50% ownership of a late stage near/medium term producing lithium project based in Germany.

So mkt cap wise, this will mean zinnwald will be about £15 mill mkt cap at current sp, compared with savannah resources, cadence minerals, Bacanora resources mkt.cap, all of which are higher than eris at the moment.

Also note that the zinnwald project is I believe at a later stage of development than the lithium projects of all these other companies (comparing with Sonora in Bacanora Case of course).

And I’ve been given to understand that a single individual has subscribed for £1.5 million in the placing - about 30 million shares. So what kind of return do you think that person is aiming for? I’d imagine they’d be looking for multiples of their investment back, so that would translate to be looking for multiples of the current share price back, in my view

BCN market cap before this surprise announcement was £99mn. After the fall £86mn. So BCN have shed (transferred) £13mn of value to ERIS. But so far today ERIS have added just £1mn of market cap, despite the shares rocketing. It may take the market a few days to work this out but the bottom line is that £12mn of value has not disappeared. It's going to reappear somewhere, and my hunch is at Erris. This looks like a company making deal for them.

The real money will be made when it splits into two separate companies, with Lithium demand And lack of supply a real future issue the lithium pure play may get a large rating, especially with it being in Germany where most of Europe’s car industry is. It’s a gamble though, saying that after this year it all is, this time last year IAG was about £6 a share with a good dividend yield, now it’s sub £1 and may not pay any for a long time, makes you look at smaller companies that may hit big time, you only have to be right one in 10 imho dyor

It’s ONLY a rumour, but eris might be returning tomorrow.

If I’m wrong please don’t shoot me down, it is as I say only a rumour

If that’s the case, and it does indeed have some good deposits in the ground, it’ll go far higher than 11p.

39 mln shares in issue. 10p is only £3.9 mln mkt cap...
2, the original ipo price is £10 mln mkt cap....

Even a far fetched £1 a share is only £39 mln mkt cap. Tho, you’d expect eris would need to be much closer to production as with scotgold...

But, to get there, first you got to find gold, then do a drill campaign to prove up a sizeable resou4ce which will need additional funds, so likely further fund raises are going to be needed down the line...therefore, reaching £1;a share probably less likely in the longer run, unless it stumbles across resources on a scale that matches greatland gold for example....not sure i can see that happening sadly...at least not in the foreseeable future

I’d like to see eris do a fund raise, and use some of the proceeds to buy into a near production NSR.

Interesting thought.... what about talking to scotgold. Offer them some of the working interest in loch Tay in exchange for some NSR on cononish?

L. - 'Think this is still by far and away the most undervalued early stage gold play out there'

this is on my watchlist, but *panther metals/palm might give eris a run for its money. we shall see...
