SCSW said last month that they were reviewing their portfolio and would take a hard line on the laggards - Dia and MDG spring to mind. I think they may have made 2 new additions and ERGO could well be one of them - expecting fireworks they said in the main write up last month. I also suspect they will have added GAN but probably when it was still in the 80's!
Pure speculation of course but it can pay to read between the lines.
