In fairness to Mr K he did state his intentions on here to buy those shares at 1p. If I recall, the offer was open to others if they wanted to buy some as well. Don't think anyone objected at the time or took up the offer.
So he's got those shares on the cheap and they are worth exactly as much as yours and my 108k for the time being or perhaps forever i.e. NIL.
We were done and the regulators will do nothing about it. I was also in Meldex at the time and was done over there as well. Nicely worded RNS's turned out to be lies. A couple of guys had a million quid tied up in there and despite the overwhelming evidence that it was a house of cards the regulators did nothing.
It's a new year and all this vitriol isn't good for health.

Why is it taking so long to drill the most sought after blocks in the world ie OPL 321 and OPL 323.
You guys defrauded Equators shareholders.
When the shares were suspended at 20p my stock was worth £10400.
I had 52,000 shares. I want that money back.
Have contacted the National Crime Agency and Serious Fraud Office.
You Africans robbed us big time.
