You hint that MrK took a fat envelope and then ask for his comment?? Would it matter if he did anyway? I for one wouldn't blame him. The opportunity, of there was one, was there for everyone else to call the company and offer to sell. Why does everyone here just look to MrK to sort out their lives?

I may have misunderstood Peak's website and the oil well DX1 is discovered but not necessarily flowing.

Bahamas. Well spotted. DX1 successfully flowing on OML 122, so who's bank account is the revenue going to? Certainly Peak's but who else's. Peak messing around a western company as Dolphin declare breach of contract. Seems an ideal business model for an indigenous Nigerian oil company to use western know-how to get oil flowing into their own bank account and then let western companies fruitlessly chase payment through the Nigerian courts for years.

I don't think printing that every day will convince the man to tell you, however, if there ever was an option then surely anyone who wishes to investigate should be able to find it. If you find it I doubt very much any foreign country would take notice anyway, even our own country is so corrupt that when given an 800 page document proving your point nothing gets done.
