I think it was 6 p that was offered but the approval of holders could not possibly be obtained in the timescale given.... so it wasn't a serious offer.

They should pay us the price the share was frozen at (17p I think) less the "special dividend" (3p) so 14p.

If I recall the only reason the share was frozen was because the incompetent management didn't publish the yearly accounts on time!
