depends what the placing price is, good to see they have cancelled the Cln but they need to follow up with signed contracts.

Think we will see cancellation of CLN next week along with institutional placing at a slight premium. This I think should send the share price to around 1.2 -1.3 p . I think.they will then follow up quickly with some contracts which should move this back into the 2p plus level .Would expect this some.time.monday maybe even first thing as the company knows they need to act quickly now . Good levels to be buying around here and could see a quick 50 percent plus profit from here in very short time . All imho. Good luck to all.

You sure that doesn't count the £1.5m they drew down?

They got £1.6m in the placing and paid back 380k to a loan holder, not sure how much they had before that but it wasn't a lot and what have they been running the Company on since year end?

If you had £3m in cash why would you draw down a £1.5m CLN?

Good news about the cancellation of a dodgy CLN scheme, they still have to get out of the £1.5m they have drawn down.
But that still leaves two questions, why were the BoD so stupid to take on such a scheme and where will the money they need come from now?
