Maybe look at the 40 million due in q1 to warrant the market cap .also I'm sure the debt won't be an issue here everyone will want a piece of eqt soon enough .I expect a great week here and an excellent few years for eqt .This is my pick for 2018

Odd also that the interest rate they're paying on convertible loans is an eye watering 15%... is the company basically a cash cow for lenders?

So what's the next piece of news coming? A contract with meaningful revenue or a placing? The last placing of £1.6m with just £700k net to the company is a bit of a concern, where did the other £900k go and why so extraordinarily costly like this?

They mentioned a placing today, how expensive will that one be?

This could do with news of one huge income generating deal being sealed, before a placing IMO. I hope we get one.

The figures have been there for all to see, it was clear they were and will continually need to raise funds, that is the nature of this business.
However the dilution of more warrants and the kicking the can down the road are very much a part of Kedco, React and now Eqtec's psychology. It's how Madden still gets a huge pay packet each year. if someone were to go back and add up all the financing and then Gerry Madden's remuneration you will see why they needed to keep doing it.

So they have changed 7% debt for 15% debt... and told everyone they are going to do another fund raise.. That's something to look forward too.!
