21/12/2017 15:55 | Nope for argument sakes placees could have forward sold the stake. But 95% of the placing was taken by 2 cornerstone investors who are here for the long term and they will be looking for double figures here as a minimum. | deeptrader1
21/12/2017 14:44 | won't any of the 0.65p placing buyers be selling on admission of that stock to AIM? | nick rubens
21/12/2017 14:01 | All buys today showing up in red. Boom time here very soon. | deeptrader1
20/12/2017 09:30 | Agreed mate, vertical is the only way this is going to continue going. This company will grow massively. | deeptrader1
19/12/2017 15:24 | Looks like Dots being joined vertically lol... | wolfcub
17/12/2017 09:12 | Join up the dots here and you'll find that this is going to be a massive performer in the new year. | deeptrader1
13/12/2017 10:50 | cheers trout, Yes there should be holding RNS's as you say. | nick rubens
13/12/2017 08:24 | paul, Of course the company is increasing in size they are issuing shares for that as well. Those shares are going to the owners of Eqtec Iberia and are likely to be held. The above was about the shares that aren't locked in and are being issued at 0.65p | troutisout
13/12/2017 08:14 | 3. Company increasing in size? | paul8515
13/12/2017 00:06 | There is no 'lock in' for the placing shares. Just a reminder, 1. How many shares in issue at the moment? 2. How many placing shares are being issued? Is the answer to 2 larger than the answer to 1 ??? | troutisout
12/12/2017 22:34 | Most of the stock is locked in for 2 years I believe that's why such small float .any good news here and all previous shareholders will be well Back in the money | toolsmoker
12/12/2017 16:31 | Nick, I think you will find that there was at least one shareholder that bought in the placing, I was under the impression that most of the placing was taken by a group of individual investors. As it will represent over 18% of the enlarged capital there should be some holdings RNSs, especially if it was just one institution. | troutisout
12/12/2017 16:22 | cheers alex and tool. It frustrates me that existing shareholders are not given the chance and instead have their stakes effectively diluted, and on the cheap like this. | nick rubens
11/12/2017 17:47 | It's been done mate large Insta and family took almost 90% would expect a good move here | toolsmoker
11/12/2017 17:01 | Nick,Institution took the lot of them | alexios1201
08/12/2017 08:56 | Anyone know where the placing shares are being offered? Can PI's buy? | nick rubens
07/12/2017 18:04 | Bought a few today - seemed a good deal buying when people were happily paying 3p a day or so ago - and I am sure will again soon :) | wolfcub
07/12/2017 15:34 | If it's a massive deal why would they need more cash | toolsmoker
07/12/2017 13:23 | cheers nametrade. Not sure what to make of it all. Just hope the enlarged group doesn't need further continued funding before news of a paid deal comes along. | nick rubens
07/12/2017 12:21 | Nick, I would say that's about right. | nametrade
07/12/2017 12:14 | New enlarged share capital admitted to trading on 21st Dec. Combined market value including placing will be around £20m at today 2p a share value? Does this sound right? cheers NR. | nick rubens
29/11/2017 15:08 | I am hoping news has been held back until completion of the RTO. Admission document specifically mentions revenues in 2018. Do you know the P/E for this sector. I expect lots of news/progress to follow and an increase in share price to follow. Not sure what mcap should be but the market will decide. Madden cannot exercise for 24 mths at least and there are lockins of 12 mths and placees holding will help sentiment and share price I am holding until after EGM and await developments. 29/11/2017 10:24 | Toolsmoker, That is clearly fake news. I suspect some of those caught in the last spike are desperate to get something to sell into, but the reality is that the dilution is massive. Cliveas, the sale of Pluckanes and the Biomass projects will probably be for very little, Pluckanes still has a large loan against it (and the cost of building these sites has come down). I thought they may have seen some value on the planning permission held sites, but they don't mention that. I can see one of the Irish stakeholders getting these for not a lot. The Biomass schools in the UK, will again not reach a huge amount of money as they produce a small profit from the maintenance and supply contracts. We have gone from a Company that had 150m shares in issue to one that has seen shares issued during the suspension and more to come after the EGM bringing the total to 1,346m shares and then we have 67m (Madden's options at 0.67p!!!) and 226m warrants outstanding. The figures look good, but we don't know how much our costs will be and the one thing that we have learnt from gasification, is the delays. They seem to have stalled every project up to now (not just ours). Can they finally get around to a working, efficient and profitable system in the UK??? | troutisout
28/11/2017 18:57 | Hi all I've been told that two investors took the placing from the middle East and will not be selling for at least 12 months .would explain why the move sharply up .I also think after AGM we should see a major influx of contracts in a buyer at these levels I expect 7 to 8p over the next 3 months here | toolsmoker
28/11/2017 15:15 | Hi BMJ mixed emotions from me yesterday but overall happy its done and we are back trading. Can accept the 1.65 price for the takeover as that's where they closed ( if an xtra 300m issued!). However the placing price of 0.65 is a kick in the nuts and took my breath away for a moment. However as a means to an end I will have to roll with it. I note there is a lock in period of 12 mths for ebioss etc and that Madden etc cannot exercise any warrants for a min of 24 months. I note Ebioss may buy warrants to keep above 50%.They also confirm working capital for 12 months and no further raise for min 6 months. So in effect we will potentially have to clear the placing shares overhang unless the placees wish to hold?. After the RTO is approved I expect a very news rich period and expect an urgency to move the projects forward and sign new deals. The income from these projects is very significant with 2018 very much on track to receive these sums. Anyone know what the P/E is for this sector? Also I note the Pluckanes windturbine is up for sale! Any idea of what price it will be sold for? The admission document is very detailed so any potential investor will now know what the company hope to achieve. GL. | cliveas |
