Although there is price gap, that does not mean that the gap will be closed in near future or ever.It could be wrong assumption, but rather than you identifying price gaps, it's better to leave it to machines which are very good at, and analyse why it happen in the first place what humans are good at.Hope this helps.

Agreed.... this is a company with not just huge potential but with a large number of projects already in the pipeline, massively undervalued.

@bosbus. This will be part of the general migration of Irish listed securities caused as a result of Brexit. Shouldn’t be anything to worry about but check your broker website to see if they have any restrictions/increased charges for trading or holding CDI’s (Crest Depository Interests). For most retail brokers these days the migration will probably be invisible to the end client.

20/1/2021. Logic Developments. Pre-commencement works started at our site at Deeside today with @eqtec

Today. Announcement of collaboration with Toyota for joint development at their adjacent Deeside site.
Toyota and EQTEC will work together towards the possibility of establishing a supply of power and gas to the Toyota engine manufacturing site through the construction and commissioning of the Deeside RDF Project that is adjacent to the Toyota site

Old video of North Fork project from 4 years ago that some may not have seen. 3 mins.

hxxps://abc30.com/mader-county-power-plant-north-fork/1588332/

NORTH FORK, Calif. (KFSN) -- One tree after another, millions of them affected by the bark beetle. Causing the biggest rate of tree mortality the Sierra National Forest has ever seen.

"The degree of tree mortality that the Sierra is experiencing right now is unprecedented," said Dean Gould, Sierra National Forest Supervisor.

"Now we're lucky to have five to seven live trees per acre because the beetles have taken over and it's just destroyed our forests-- it's unbelievable," said Tom Wheeler, Madera County Supervisor.

Now, a possible solution-- a power plant that would convert those dead trees into electricity.

North Fork Community Power and the Yosemite/Sequoia RC&D Council, along with other government leaders and project partners, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the bioenergy facility at the site of the old sawmill that closed down in the early 90's.

Dan Rosenburg with the North Fork Community Development Project said the plant is primarily funded through a $5-million grant from the California Commission. He said the power plant will help produce enough energy to power 1,000 homes by baking the wood from the dead trees and collecting the gas emissions that will be used to create the electricity.

"We're going to sell it back to the grid via PG&E, and the money generated with be an economic engine the community."

Supervisor Wheeler said this will be the biggest economic driver for North Fork since the old sawmill. the closer caused hundreds of jobs to be lost. He said this new plant will create about a dozen new jobs but also said he wants this power plant to cause an even bigger reaction.

"Now we can get some of these other businesses to come here and bring jobs here."

Project coordinators said they are ready to get the project going and take down the dead trees to bring new life to North Fork.

Scrutable - there's room of a lot of players in this space. There are horses for courses and I think Eqtec has an edge in Europe at the very least. I agree that Palumbo has got to get cracking on execution but at this stage all we can really expect is the fattening pipeline.

There have been hints of a strategic partnership (or more) which will presumably bring in some financing muscle. That would propel us to the next stage at a stroke.

I suggest that the arrangement with Toyota might be the trigger for some talks to be progressed more quickly towards finalisation.

Scrutable. Re North Fork I have seen photos of the site preped with the equipment from Ireland laid out in storage on the site pre build. That was months ago.

Whether the build is in progress or held up pending the outcome of the court case I can't say ....

Update: "We have now delivered our gasification equipment to the site, construction is underway and steel erection started in the first part of 2021."

hxxps://eqtec.com/forestry-waste-gasification-plant-north-fork-california-usa/

So construction is under way and the 2 MW gasification plant should be operational later this year. EQT 20% shareholder in the project.

Suppress your scepticism and approach the Plasma Technology Division at MIT's Plasma Science and Fusion Centre where they are trying to tame nuclear fusion.

One of their former engineers has been trapping hazardous wastes in molten glass with "a controlled bolt of lightning of over 10,000 degrees Celsius..."
The sun is not as hot as that but several stars are even hotter.

Powerhouse Energy(PHE)(has been failing to control plasma at 1000 degrees but it can be done and someone from Nasa is doing it as well. The Americans may crack this problem before Europe does. Brussels doesn't do 'hurry' very well but the Yanks do.

There will be plants reducing hazardous waste to its individual molecules by 2014.

Scrutable:
"...plasma operating at unbelievable temperatures above 2000 degrees - right up to 8000..."

I must say I'm rather sceptical about that, especially about the upper end of 8,000 degrees. The surface of the sun is about 5,500 degrees celsius, so I doubt if any furnace or chamber would be able to withstand 8,000 deg.

Stevia

I have long been an admiring shareholder, but have concerns needing reassurance.

David Palumbo is impressive in winning and dealing with something like 14 plants agreed, on principle, yet few of the projects, not even Billingham, are financially closed and the plant specified, on order, and in the process of manufacture.

COVID cannot but have made the job much harder.

The pipeline is getting longer and fatter each month. I only hope DP has sufficient experienced personnel to execute oontracts seamlessly to the commissioning stage.
Until the first Californian plant is commissioned and in daily operation, there is a growing execution risk.

I presume that the first delivery (to North Fork) is complete, but the patent spat must have put a brake on the roll out. There has been no news that I have noticed beyond that some of the plant and engineering parts in stock from early days had been despatched and the SPAC had paid their deposit as agreed. Then the fires in California and the silence.

We cannot be complacent about progress. The Chinese seem to have installed a substantial number of syngas producers from waste, without our knowing how much pollution they bring, but in the USA I have noted a couple of companies I don't intend to help by publicising ,who are hiring from NASA and similar sources, engineers with experience of plasma operating at unbelievable temperatures above 2000 degrees - right up to 8000 - reducing all substances to molecular basics to produce hydrogen.

Obviously We do not have infinite time

From LSE: There is one thing you can be pretty confident about this year and that is a lot of surprise news. This was not even on the radar and there are dozens that are that we should get updates on this year. The sheer number of possible collaborations, orders and partners is mind boggling.

Every company and their dog is battling for net zero supremacy and every big manufacturer like Toyota is in the firing line with probable massive taxes on the way if they do not get themselves sorted by 2030. Those that meet net zero can probably secure lucrative tax breaks while companies that have not started today will be taxed heavily and its smart companies like Toyota getting ahead of the queue for Eqtec technology as that is the case.

As far as i can see Eqtec is the best in class partner by a mile able to deal with 50 input feeds and completely modular dealing in the goldilocks output ranges for large companies and local municipals. As i have said before my concern is not the growth but the resources at Eqtec to keep up. They will be handling probably dozens of enquiries. Just today off the back of Toyota all of the major car manufacturers will be all over Eqtec so that they are not left behind. The demand is literally vertical and we need to make sure Eqtec can keep up.

My feeling is they are drowning in deals and what we are seeing in regards to some deals is that they are taking longer to come to fruition. This is not because of problems but simply resources and probably DPs signing hand is getting tired :)

They must be literally working flat out and lets hope they can pass on a lot of the workload to partners so Eqtec can focus on scaling.

i would be personally surprised if we do not hit 10p by the year end as everything is in place, except five DPs one on every continent but we will get there!

I'm just wondering if EQT might have stolen some of PHE's chips with their announcement today..?
PHE had some arrangement with Toyota going back a couple of years but don't remember it being anything specifically to do with their Deeside factory but maybe had some relevance being close by and knowing what we know now.

Will have a look back through their RNS list but any thoughts out there..?
