22/3/2021 07:56 | Market cap of 136 is now truly laughable... | jakecat1
22/3/2021 07:47 | Massively detailed and positive update. The sky is the limit here. Also DP is expecting the company will be likely profitable this year. In particular I liked this near term benefit which has come out of the blue. Most of us have no idea what Eqtec has been doing 5 or 10 years ago that can be rolled into the present business. This is 2 plants which are built and almost ready to go .... Recommissioning EQTEC technology. The Company is excited to announce that it is pursuing recovery of two plants built with EQTEC technology where operations were previously suspended by their owner-operators for lack of technical integration capabilities. Not only does this demonstrate the Company's commitment to ensuring its technology sustainably delivers value for communities, but it will see EQTEC lead consortia to acquire, repower, own and operate its technology in target markets such as Italy and Croatia. The two plants are expected to be acquired in 2021, with the first acquisition nearing contract completion. | stevea171
22/3/2021 07:40 | Any views on RNS. Aries dismissed. Couple of partners identified. Idex for Billingham. Profitability in 2021 forecast. But €4m loss for 2020 ex one-offs. So good med to long-term. | m4rtinu
22/3/2021 07:32 | That Aries case being dropped is great news. Most of us thought it had no basis, however, we did have it in the 'back of our minds' which affected the price no doubt. | holdbucket
22/3/2021 07:28 | Aires patent infringement case dropped too | matt131
22/3/2021 07:18 | Even better than expected. What an update. And what a company to be invested in at this price... | jakecat1
22/3/2021 07:16 | well that has put the idea of a sneaky early doors top up to bed. Plenty to digest there.... Wow. | gspanner
21/3/2021 23:58 | My guess is 2.80 intraday, cloud lifted, only blue skies ahead! | crosschris

21/3/2021 20:43 | Bun rush of buying coming tomorrow. A lot of holders have reduced or sold out and will want to get back in. I think this news of Aries voluntary dismissal of their US court case is the firing of the starting pistol for a raft of significant news to come out in the next month or so. This clears the air and we can now look forward to: Financial closure of Billingham Wood Group review of EQT technology Wood Group partnership? RDF plant Deeside advancement RDF plant Southport advancement etc, etc EQTEC CEO: 'Companies like us are becoming the prize' Jonathan McNair 2:38 PM 02 March 2021 DP: "We have the pathway to a pipeline. We can say to them that we have the gasification technology that can deliver the right operating hours and the right business case for them, but in addition to that there is £300-400 million worth of infrastructure that they could own." Aside from those kinds of partnerships, there are other options currently occupying Palumbo's inbox, although ones that may not be taken up in the immediate future. It will surprise few of you reading this that there is currently a lot of capital in the market for infrastructure opportunities and, according to Palumbo, advanced gasification is one of the sectors on the radar of investors. "The interesting thing now is companies like us are becoming the prize," he says. "We now have one or two calls, if not more, a week which are unsolicited approaches from infrastructure funds saying they've got £400 million and want to invest in infrastructure. "Or it's a family office saying they like what the company's been doing and want to invest, when is the next round? Or a company saying they are invested in another technology which is complementary to ours. "Now we have more alternatives than ever; we can invest directly in projects, we are now of a size of market cap that we could look to use our own balance sheet to finance the small projects but also provide the relevant insurance-backed warranties to secure competitive funding for the larger projects." hxxps://www.inspirat | stevea171
21/3/2021 20:03 | I think this news is worth about 15% on the share price . I hope we dont open with a gap up - MMs will want to fleece punters for sure | juju44

21/3/2021 14:56 | The second EQT project in Greece. In development. Nobilis. Olive biomass waste plant | Nobilis | Thessalia, Greece. Our role: We are the technology provider for gasification technology and engineering and design services and will be part-owner of the project with our joint-venture partner, ewerGy. Size: 1.0 MWe Project status: In development. At the earlier stages, current work includes: Participating in ongoing discussions with potential funders; A licence and key permissions are in place; Applying for a connection from the grid operator; Project delivery team is in place and The optimal construction and operational structure is in place. More information: Subject to financing, we estimate that the plant will have the capacity, per year, to convert 6,240 metric tonnes of waste biomass from the olive production process. We’re taking the proven capabilities of the first olive pomace waste-to-energy plant in the world, at Movialsa in Ciudad Real, Spain, and applying it at Nobilis, so that olive waste will be converted into electricity and sold, by the owner-operator, Nobilis Pro Energy, to the nation’s power grid. Doing so will avoid the alternatives of burning or to dispose of materials on the ground, which causes local soil degradation. This project is one of a number of potential opportunities across Greece that have been identified with our joint venture partners, ewerGy, who are the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) partner at Nobilis. | stevea171
21/3/2021 14:23 | From Lse: The brakes are certainly off monday as this has been a niggle since last July that kept on cropping up and bringing Eqtec back down. Regardless of how baseless it was originally the soundbite of patent infringement in the US fills any investor with dread and to quash it in 7 months is a miracle and shows just how strong Eqtec crushed this. Could be a factor in holding up Wood report and even financing discussions as banks and financiers hate this sort of uncertainty in the worlds largest market. The upshot is Eqtec will score massively in the US now on this outcome as it puts Eqtec is a world leading and patent strong cleantech. Monday is the starting gun but news i suspect will now drop on other projects in April. Reason i have never sold a bean is there is simply so much potential news that can come in and i was always terrible at timing. Just buy into the right compamy and enjoy the ride. | stevea171
21/3/2021 12:36 | I agree skinny. | vatnabrekk
21/3/2021 12:20 | Aries and eqt each to pay their own legal costs | juju44
21/3/2021 11:30 | Hopefully a full relate is now on the cards! EQT have many projects up and running already, they have an order book and a stream of potential projects waiting to be signed off. This share ought to be 30-50p if PHE has traded as high as 10p on a single project that won’t be running until late this year, then EQT is a much bigger fish. Just need the market to agree. | elanflan1
21/3/2021 10:35 | In the US - I'd walk away with this result and be glad it (seems to be) over. | skinny
20/3/2021 21:51 | Post 3732 🙏 for Monday opening | desflurane |
