Cliveas - why do you think 20p if Enfield is a goer? Of course, I hope you're right, just interested to hear the sums - you know more about this stuff than me. Thanks

piglet,

There were millions of shares bought, many by traders and the price is still well above the lowest levels, so a combination of both really, traders getting out and profit takers taking some off the table.

Newry will re-ignite this....

Next news willbe RNS naming new Board members from Ebioss. Too many people expecting instant fireworks. More likely to take a while to get deals concluded as most items must have been on ice pending the formalities of the deal to create Eqtec.

I have great expectations of my investment and not excited about any instant spike short term.

The recent selling has brought price back to the level where you can buy shares at pretty well the same price Ebioss was happy to buy 51% of the company at.

The prospects are exactly the same as they were when price was soaring a couple of weeks back.

The only difference is that you can now snap up shares for a 5.7p bargain price vs. the 8p some were happy to pay on Jan 31st.

When the upwards momentum gets going again, no doubt there will be plenty of chasers trying to scramble in as price shoots higher.

But it's much easier to pick up stock at this level and the profit margin on a share purchase is going to be much larger.

rodrod1,

Not getting any response from the Company, made me want to dig further myself, planning applications, Companies House, the Examiner's office and of course Ebioss releases were my research tools....

Looks like we are getting a clear out of the traders, maybe even the concert party selling their freebie shares. Will look to add some more if the price starts to flag too much, Newry news one way or the other should could soon.

One way the HoA is confirmed, the other that doesn't happen and Ebioss and Eqtec take it forward to get in before the march 2018 deadline for subsidy rate

I don't, I would wait for the new EQT Directors to be put in place first, we never got any response from the previous Directors and although Gerry Madden will be staying, I think it would be better to interview one of the Ebioss Directors on the board.

Spanish Press :

MADRID, 6 (SPAIN)

Ebioss has acquired 51% of the shares of React Energy Group after converting into equity a debt contracted by the Irish company of energy infrastructures, according to the Spanish company said in a statement.

The deal was completed on Monday after the React shareholders' meeting approved the conversion of Ebioss Energy's debt - € 5.1 million - into 78,210,000 new shares of the Irish firm.

The debt was contracted by React, through its subsidiary Newry Biomass, on the occasion of a purchase of gasification equipment formalized with Ebioss Energy on 31 December 2015 for the development of projects in Newry (Northern Ireland), where Ebioss develops the first of its plants in this market.

The conversion of the debt into shares will be made at a price of 5.53 pence, following the recommendation of the board of directors of React, agreed with Ebioss Energy. This transaction was to date conditioned by the approval of React's board of shareholders.

"A VEHICLE" LISTED IN LONDON

The transaction will materialize in the so-called RTO (reverse take over) mode and will be exempt from the obligation to launch a public tender offer for shares to all its shareholders.

In addition, the extraordinary general meeting of React, a company listed in London's alternative investment market AIM, has given the green light to the change of denomination of this company by Eqtec Plc.

This operation comes after Ebioss, a Spanish waste management company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, has signed several projects to develop gasification plants in the United Kingdom.

Its president, Oscar Leiva, has valued the purchase as "an accolade" to the company's "business development", believing that it will "accelerate its portfolio of gasification projects" in the UK, "through a vehicle quoted in This market ".

Ebioss Energy, a company dedicated to the design, construction and development of thermoelectric plants based on waste gasification, has worked with companies such as Electricité de France, GDF Suez (ENGIE), Repsol, Endesa, Técnicas Reunidas or Gas Natural, and suppliers such as Siemens General Electric.

The other thing to remember is that the share price can move very quickly with this one and it can be very difficult to buy in any quantity when the price is moving sharply upwards.

Much better to to pick up a stake when there are other sellers around like this morning.

Also good to know that at least 51% of the shares are in sticky hands, meaning less free float around to buy.

Price pulling back sharply this morning on little apparent volume.

People forgetting perhaps that it was only a few weeks ago that Ebioss were happy to take 51% of the company in shares at around this price, and were happy to buy such a huge number of shares at a significant premium at the time.

Clearly they were thinking that there's a lot of upside from this level.

Could be a good opportunity to snap up a bargain as other short termers sell out on boredom.

Data on these change of name stocks can take a while to be sorted, email ADVFN if you see anything, likewise the Company needs to do a lot of tidying up on their Eqtecplc.com website.

Bring on the Newry HoA completion on financial close!!!
