15/10/2012 15:04 | Whilst I would take what Mr Brooks says with a pinch of salt, the buying of shares by the directors during the year is very positive. They may be economical with the truth but they don't like losing their own money. | phoenixs

15/10/2012 08:55 | Plus ça change !!! Environmental Recycling Tech. PLC 15 October 2012 ENVIRONMENTAL RECYCLING TECHNOLOGIES PLC (AIM: ENRT) Exercise of option in Delta Waste Management Limited Environmental Recycling Technologies plc ("ERT" or "the Company") (AIM: ENRT), which has developed and is exploiting the patented rights to the Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") process capable of converting mixed waste plastics into commercially viable products, is pleased to announce it has exercised an option to acquire a further 20 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of Delta Waste Management Limited ("Delta"), a company in which Lee Clayton, ERT's Chief Operating Officer, together with another shareholder, has a controlling interest. Delta, in which ERT already owns 20 per cent. of the existing issued share capital, provides consultancy, project management and machinery procurement services to ERT. Exercise of the option will result in ERT owning 40 per cent. of Delta's enlarged issued share capital. The exercise price for the subscription of the new shares under the option is GBP20,000, which is the same price paid by ERT in November 2011 for its original 20 per cent interest in Delta. Roger Baynham, Managing Director commented: "This transaction reinforces the reciprocal commitment between the Company and Lee Clayton to progress the successful development of the PIM process." The directors (other than Lee Clayton), having consulted WH Ireland, ERT's Nominated Adviser, consider the terms of exercise of the option to be fair and reasonable insofar as the interests of the shareholders are concerned | bluebelle
12/10/2012 15:50 | Oh dear. I sometimes think your humour is wasted on this thread, ted. On other occasions, like this, I know it is. And a very good morning to you too. | bluebelle

28/9/2012 19:33 | CR, err we're stuck with KB cos I doubt he'll relinquish a firm hold on all this. Why would he? He's the one (possible the only one) who has drawn cash from all this! I spent a long time validating the technology which was (it seemed) before its time etc. PIM has, and should have, a place in recycling . Be well, Night all | mark30
28/9/2012 19:06 | You really think it's brilliant technology? They've batted the carp all over the world for 10 years and all they have is a few dirty black plastic shower trays being sold to show for it. They have turned over an average of £800k p.a. over the last 5 years. Sales are now tanking to £30k in 6 months. They don't have the cash to go around the world and sell this rubbish if there was anyone to buy it. In those 5 years they have made annual operating losses of -£4.74 -£2.75 -£3.55 -£2.80 -£5.60 and a near £1.5m pre-tax loss this year already. And thatt's just the last 5 years! Why don't they change the business to cash shredding? - they excel at that, they could become world leaders. But KB is still excited by the potential of all these exciting tie ups and licensing of the 'Patented PIM Process' lol - Buggar all much as come from any of them has it? All in my very humble opinion, dyor and all that but if I had just a fiver in this co I'd be trying to get it out. CR | cockneyrebel
28/9/2012 18:49 | Yuck a horrible phrase KB has a lot to do mind doesn't he! The technology is brilliant and so needed in this time of ever increasing land fill charges. I'd like to see those charges double in the coming year, then and only the will our PIM be truly recognised as a must do option. I believe it will happen, maybe not in time for me but the kids will be truly rewarded imho. Weakest link ............... to date...............KB ! Why? He's bludy rubbish at supporting shareholders and those who supported him when the chips were down! Just a view mind :0) Pick the bones out'a that lol | mark30
27/9/2012 12:08 | I see Kenny and Co have been buying again. Maybe they intend to leave their holdings to their grandchildren, or their pets. If so, whether or not they would be grateful remains to be seen...as do lorries full of flat sheets heading for building sites. Meanwhile, I shall remain an agnostic. | tsk 1
26/9/2012 19:01 | No comments on the interim results. They must be giving the licences, and the royalties away for next to nothing For all the turnover in the 1st 6 months. | packman8
13/9/2012 15:16 | and there's me thinking it was a burlesque bra............ | times104
13/9/2012 13:51 | If that's his mask TSK I wouldn't entirely rule out the possibility that he's a reincarnation of Princess Margaret. | bluebelle
12/9/2012 19:40 | You think? | mark30
12/9/2012 18:42 | Perhaps Mirandaj is Mike Walters in disguise. | tsk 1
11/9/2012 17:49 | sandy Yes, I quite agree. I was going to respond to his post in similar vein to you, but what's the point. How anyone can congratulate someone for saving a company from the brink of bankruptcy when he was the one who took it there in the first place says it all about the guy. I'm lucky enough to have made money on this twice,(I bought before the initial MW recommendation) but know of lots of posters who claim to have lost heavily and I've no reason to believe they lied. EDIT : I see that Mirandaj, having lost the argument, has now, characteristically, resorted to censorship of your posts. | bluebelle |
