03/7/2012 09:46 | I notice from the results that Oxford Capital are now the only lender at £4.2m. Does anyone know anything about this lender as it would seem that they have a very strong position over the company now? | oregano
02/7/2012 22:56 | Considering all his other directorships and share purchases, I think the Chairman can afford to work for nothing and save the company 60k per year. | tsk 1
02/7/2012 18:54 | Given the state of the Co I wouldn't call those figures peanuts tbh Who else would like peanuts at that level of workload? Any takers? lol | mark30
02/7/2012 18:42 | According to the annual report total payment to the board members was £156k. The chairman was paid 60k,CEO 44k and FD 51k. Maybe a case of pay peanuts and get monkeys?! | monty panesar
01/7/2012 19:27 | On the evolutionary scale, ENRT directors must be related to bank managers. Their ability to grow fatter while their shareholders grow thinner shows a remarkable ability to survive under very difficult conditions. One must however, ask what happens when they finally run out of shareholders, who inevitably will find a more productive environment in order to ensure their own existence - assuming their present environment does not change via some positive outside (or inside) influence. T S Darwin "Evolution & Revolution" - out now, 26p at all cheap bookshops. | tsk 1
29/6/2012 18:42 | Still here tho......... for now! Got to hand it to him (them) after all, some lucrative incomes have been earned during this sorry story! Good weekend all | mark30
29/6/2012 18:14 | I love this line: " Exceptional provision of GBP4 million for impairment of intangible assets which has no cash impact" No cash impact because they have no cash for it to impact lolo. I remember these floating as 3DM - they can't have - 10 years and they still don't sell anything lol. CR | cockneyrebel
29/6/2012 11:14 | Glad you like it Monte. How about the tray? I realise it's a low volume, high value product, but you can always reduce the water pressure, and take a shower once a month. That would help with the repayments. Alternative: Buy an open top Ecosheet enclosure from 2K and stand out in the rain. PS. There may be a delay. You can try it without but you may get arrested. (TSK's Self Help Manual, page seven: "How to save yourself a bob or two and come up smelling of cheese") | tsk 1
29/6/2012 08:10 | What a shower, what an absolute shower. | monte1
29/6/2012 07:46 | So it looks like a trade off agreement with 2k has been done to smooth the £2m payments over a longer period. So ENRT are now directly responsible for flatsheet rollout globally which is not entirely suprising now that Foresight have effectly taken over the control of 2K from Zolis. Looks like Foresight have got cash from Govt at a good time for 2K. Important 6 months going forward especially regarding flatsheet as this is the company making product. One or 2 overseas license agreements in this area would make a massive difference. "The Board considered the delay in time frame and the reliance on 2K and has exercised its rights post year end to amend the licence agreement with 2K from a wholly exclusive licence to a non-exclusive licence. This does not impact the licence fee payments owed to ERT" | rock star
28/6/2012 21:40 | oh dear alot of sad faces then | 2jinxed
28/6/2012 20:58 | Cynical thought. They haven't filed their accounts and are within a todger's smidgin of being up before the beak and sent down. Good opportunity for them to take the company private for a pittance ? Why is it that bad figures always take longer to add up than good ones ? | bluebelle
28/6/2012 11:52 | Eggs and bacon - which is more valuable than whatever 2K is producing at the moment. | tsk 1
26/6/2012 19:00 | One Director bought £200,000 worth less than 3 months ago at 2p so they can't be too pessimistic about the outlook. Will be interesting to have an update on 2K as apparently the WH Ireland research suggested the agreement had been tweaked. Also has the second line been fitted yet? Cash burn of the business I believe is only around £40k per month so they only need income of around £500k to b/e in cash terms. The 2k license includes minimum payments of £2m over 3 years-2010/11/12 which should cover the business on a day to day basis. The debt is tied up until the end of the year at the earliest so at these prices I am looking for is how close they are to securing new licensing deals as well as when Luton will be at capacity to produce the £1m+ annual royalty to ENRT. | monty panesar
26/6/2012 15:13 | Duncan Doughnut, I'd say your'll be wrong.(I'd say they'll be out at the close on Friday,) | monet
26/6/2012 09:33 | Which of course, includes K. Brooks. Maybe he will use the occasion to buy some more. | tsk 1

17/6/2012 10:12 | Morning 2J - "R we going to be here for the AGM??" Not unless they are holding it here, or nobody wants to go. I don't think one can be both here and at the AGM at the same moment in time - however quantum theory may yet prove me wrong. In fact there may be another place where the ENRT chart is going up rather than down, but I remain to be convinced. (unless I too, am in another place, in which case I may need convincing that it is going down, and not up) | tsk 1
16/6/2012 15:57 | Morning John doing a bit of overtime, good for the economy!! R we going to be here for the AGM?? | 2jinxed
