30/12/2010 08:03 | Sadone, I hope not. Usaul disclaimers applies. No investment advise intended. NO impue on Nigel Wray intended, so no lawers fee need be engaged. Just my PERSONAL opinion based on past experiences ... he has become one of the list of directors I will not buy into any company he is involved at management level. PERSONAL VIEW: Great investor but is in the the business to make money ...quite rightly. PI tends to be secondary. There are however some altruisic directors, who puts the share holders, PI, first in their dealings. They seem to be on a quest to make PI money. [I have this idea that if the first lot of directors were in charge of ENRT; there would have been an MBO before now. The rest of us can just sit on the outside and watch them reap the gains. Always surprises me when a management decides to buy out a company .... if it is so bad a business then why the hell are they buying it for. And if it is a good enough business for them to want to buy it , it means that they believe that they could make it work ... so what exactly were they doing previously that caused the business to be under performing. You can gather that I am not a fan of MBO's] | buggy

27/12/2010 19:40 | Thanks Sandyfoundation, I thought there was probably a connection somewhere! "New business start up company looking for investors and operating partners" ERT likes to spawn a lot of different companies to help get their business off the ground. It seems like this one is also looking for a bit more cash...or a few more lorries. I hope they can find them. -------------------- "has ENRT done a deal??????" Sorry Times104, it looks like ENRT has done another deal with itself - in a manner of speaking. | tsk 1
