14/12/2010 09:38 | You have to admit that that was a good call, 2J : Tuesday it is ! | bluebelle
13/12/2010 20:19 | Not on this board it won't. When it reaches 12am everything starts all over again. PS. Morning all. | tsk 1
13/12/2010 17:44 | I think Tuesday may well be next, but time will tell. | bluebelle
13/12/2010 17:27 | I wonder what this week will bring? | 2jinxed
13/12/2010 16:42 | Caveat emptor, and the old stop-loss dont forget Savvy investors would (should) apply all tricks of the trade (no pun intended btw) Less experience investors should have learnt at least the FIRST lesson ie no more than one can afford to lose bla bla Those that didn't or don't understand that essential shouldn't be anywhere near the AIM market. All that said, somebody made money here! As you pointed out, many will have done and hopefully many more will going forward. That sounds like a ramp I do appologies. | mark30
13/12/2010 15:43 | Yes, quite agree : I've never doubted the fact that there could well be something in this there process, but couldn't see the logic in buying back in until there was a more than even money chance that it might be commercialised. Caveat emptor and all that, but the people I feel sorry for are those who were induced in courtesy of Florida and who never sold - chances of them ever showing a profit are low, I suspect. The opportunity cost for those holding this these last few years has been high. | bluebelle
13/12/2010 15:31 | Ironically it could be much worse you know Blue, still, the old recycling bus is still trundling along eh | mark30
13/12/2010 14:44 | Mark30 - 10 Dec'10 - 19:08 - 1545 of 1554 What you say Blue? Not sure, Mark, to be honest : but knowledge of a company doesn't always translate into profit ! Oh and btw, I still like those roof tiles, an opportunity sadly missed to-date imvho Yes, quite agree. I think the Baynham quote above just sums up the company's problems. They were in a position where they had first mover advantage but lacked the energy, initiative, motivation or whatever to exploit it to anything like full potential. I always thought that complacency was the greatest problem. You only had to listen to Nipper and KB to realise they thought they had built the better mousetrap and it was only a matter of time before the world would beat a path to their door (even to the extent of hiding their front door somewhere out in the country!!!). | bluebelle
13/12/2010 14:33 | Good morning Hampster, and an opportune post if I may say so. It is, alas, sometimes necessary to take firm action when these idle chit chatters try to disrupt threads where idle chat is clearly proscribed. | bluebelle
13/12/2010 12:34 | Morning Monte. | tsk 1
13/12/2010 12:27 | Morning Bluebelle, TSK1, 2J. What a right bl00dy carry on, eh? | monte1
13/12/2010 12:08 | I see 2k won the award | 2jinxed
13/12/2010 07:31 | God bless him. | 2jinxed
12/12/2010 20:26 | Because they couldn't afford it - at least not without using their loan facility. I only hope they managed to protect the primary PIM process, because the rest of the industry seems to be catching on to the potential. I'm also glad they stayed away from Gordon Brown's "Alice in Wonderland" economics, i.e. borrowing to pay off debts, thereby creating an even bigger debt. Now, due to conversions, the debt is diminishing, while the shares are increasing, both in volume and worthiness. The Pope must have been appointed to the board. | tsk 1
12/12/2010 14:47 | The above company knows how to make a nappy pay!! Above another way of making a board Environmental Recycling also said there is a significant amount of pent up interest in its technology which its board intends to exploit as soon as 2K Manufacturing Limited is in full production. Roger Baynham, Managing Director of the company said, "The minimum royalties due from our licensees in 2010 will enable us to fully protect our patents." Why were they not before? | 2jinxed
12/12/2010 13:09 | bskiny1 There are a freely available articles on the front page you could read but Mike Walters has made several more recent comments of interest. | mirandaj
12/12/2010 11:27 | Anybody watch MW....what has he to say about ENRT these days..It was his fault I bought all those years ago..B | bskiny1
11/12/2010 18:49 | phoenixs Agree with you about the idle stuff. The banter is nothing to do with investing and mostly is a waste of time. The filter list gets longer. | wrey
11/12/2010 12:22 | Take it to teh idle chit chat fred phoenixs, please. | teh hampster
10/12/2010 19:55 | bluebelle. It seems that you have an extremely high opinion of yourself. If so, I would have thought it so much more appropriate if you restricted your comments to ENRT instead of persistently indulging in vitriolic and personal remarks about those with whom you disagree. Then we would have a board which can sensibly discuss the pros and cons of the company in question. Have a good weekend. | phoenixs
10/12/2010 19:49 | Yes well why don't you stay here dear! tis where you belong. | 2jinxed
10/12/2010 19:43 | MJ knows more than most here:!! Ah!! Marky!! still tounge and a still mouth!! or a wise tounge and a still mouth?? | 2jinxed
10/12/2010 19:08 | MJ knows more than most here A Discreet yet knowledgeable thread instigator, imho of course! What you say Blue? Oh and btw, I still like those roof tiles, an opportunity sadly missed to-date imvho Anyway, have a good one all Gone | mark30
10/12/2010 18:54 | Happy days are here again it's the weekend so post away.. Makes perfect sense to me and Damien, nice to see MJ back on her thread!! Trust you approve!! In its first phase the factory in Luton will be capable of making 360,000 sheets of the material a year. Mr Kutluoglu is hoping to double that with a second production line and, eventually, to open another ten plants in Britain so that the waste used can be collected locally and transported over shorter distances. Britain uses about 5m tonnes of plastic a year, but barely one-fifth of that is recycled or recovered, according to the Waste and Resources Action Programme, a government-funded agency. Mr Kutluoglu and Mr Taskent hope to change that. We do hope the above clarifies that Luton will NOT make 4 Million sheets, boards on it's own.EOE, go on push the button Damien he loves this bit ........ | 2jinxed |
