Thinking about 2K just occured to me that if they anticipate big royalties going to ENRT and 2K is paying some of it, why not offset this cost by purchasing a pile of shares to reap the ultimate pay off in dividends. So actually if 2K do buy it may not be for the purpose of a buy out.

My comments re long holds was in comparison to my own experience. I have held in ever increasing amounts from (96k to 730k @ an average of 5.56p today), from August 2006 a touch over 4 years.I anticipate that I will at least double my investment. IMHO I do not see ENRT as it is in 4 years time. I believe it will be taken out before then so the chances of long holdings ie 4 years+ will not be available to any new investors.

By the way well done all long term holders for having the balls to stick with it.I trust you will all be well rewarded.

The excitement is a bit premature. The next few weeks should give an indication if it is misplaced.

Through previous high in late january. Next step is 3.5p.

Someone is accumulating these in chunks. Since the results nearly 15 million have been shifted with virtually no sellers. Wouldn't be surprised to see a new holder on the register before long. Who wants to put a bet on that it's 2k?

Hi times 04.
rheiner posted, I agreed.
I took a chunk of these shares months ago at just over the 1p,
so not bad with today buys at 2.4p

while predictions are dangerous, someone on this thread indicated 5p.
That would be nice before Christmas.

Mine is not quite yet profitable overall . Most of it was bought at a lower price than the current offer, however. It was, and still is a long term holding.

It is odd to see that I still hold a fascination for some.

"All of the 'long term hold positions were taken a very long time ago"

I suspect that, in time honoured tradition, most of the long term hold positions in this stock are short term holds that went wrong.

My own holding is, of course, an honourable and, on paper at the moment at any rate, profitable, exception !

I would think that it will not be without problems to effect a takeover unless the directors want it. Most bidders want 100% control. To do that they need to secure 90% of the shares they do not already hold as at the date of the offer. The directors control 4% (edit : and have options for about 6% more) and I know of a further 2% who will not be bought out cheaply. So they would need 96% takers (edit : or over 100%! ), or perhaps even more. (edit : subject to dilution where creditors have the option to take payment in shares)

75% would enable them to take us private, but they would have the pesky 25% to contend with. (Who would have,in turn, the problems of being a minority in a private company.)
(It always depends on what "cheaply" is.)

We will see.

Lets get to profitability and some guarantee of continued existence before we start to get too far into that!

Hi Jack you made me chuckle. All of the 'long term hold positions were taken a very long time ago, sorry but you are too late for that.Suggest you may get a short time or possible medium, but definately not a long hold.IMHO we will be taken out well before then.

Some strong confident buying going on today at 2.4p. I expect a good rise here soon. Could turn out eventually to be an excellent long term hold. Just my opinion.

The share price will depend on whether other licences and/or sub-licences are announced.

Lets get a few off the production line before dreaming!

What do you guys think a realistic market cap is for this after the start of production is announced? £20 million?

I am in real danger of counting chickens again.
Earlier this year I incubated (not personally) 5 chicken eggs so that I could get a good supply of fresh eggs next year.

Clip, clop.
