15/2/2005 00:22 | Sorry Dell should have been ENT | cowls
14/2/2005 21:16 | ive been watching from the sidelines, i have also been in this situation myself having bought into tmg after a reccomendation and seen 10k dissapear into almost nothing having bought in at 4p, then bang it turns out that this company was prbably heavily shorted by certain intrested parties who may have have an intrest in a d4e swap. then out of the blue it rises 225%, all very suspicious. now cashed in @a 65% loss and moved into virotec after doing my own research which is now ticking up nicely. good luck to all those that hold and i hope you can recoupe some of your losses. needless to say i shall be ignoring any hb so called top share tips. regards tzz. | twozuluzulu
14/2/2005 11:13 | cowls - I'd say that NAV is impossible to quantify, without further clarification from the company. It's hard to say how much cash they may have burned, since last reporting period, and how much of the new convertible cash raised they have injected into the trading business. If the company have shareholder interests at heart, then they may have axed the trading business to protect the holding company, with some funds remaining in the outer. However, I'd guess that it's more likely that all funds have been injected into the subsidiary, prior to administration, so that management can then buyout the business for a song, leaving ENT as a cash shell with practically zero assets.. Rgds dell All IMHO etc. P.S. Just realised that you said ETS. Do you mean ETS or ENT..... | dell314
14/2/2005 09:51 | Anyone know what the NAV is on ETS? Do they have any cash in the bank? | cowls
14/2/2005 09:44 | I respect the brave, yet I feel whom ever bought that 100k has more to do with trying to support the price rather than speculate or invest. WATCH this dog die! | equitydealer007
14/2/2005 08:24 | oh dear, down again! if you want to recover any money from this dog, do it now. or be prepared to wait a long time for someone to take the shell or even risk watching its delisting, and the liquidation. | equitydealer007
13/2/2005 23:28 | NO! only as a shell! of which it will become, then there becomes an opportunity, but only then | equitydealer007
11/2/2005 15:37 | Does this company have any future? | cowls
11/2/2005 11:24 | oh look yet another tick down, lambs to slaughter! | equitydealer007
31/1/2005 10:33 | My commiserations to all here. I'm always amazed that Hoodless and City Equities get any volume of repeat business. Presumably, they must give out just enough winning tips to keep punters thinking that their promotions have a chance. I'm quite tempted to sign up to Hoodless and CE, just to find out what they're promoting, so I can avoid them, with an extremely long bargepole. Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR, stocks may go down etc. | dell314
31/1/2005 09:12 | hahaha...seems Hoodless Brennan are not on many peoples xmas card list. | chapchip
30/1/2005 21:20 | I was also a HB "sucker" and I am £6k down on ENT and I have also lost money selling Henderson Morley, Stockcube, Designer Vision etc etc. I have since dumped HB and I have managed to start to turn the situation around - my target is to be break even by April. VLX and DGM will hopefully be my saviours. It is hard to imagine how a broker can get is so wrong so many times - NEVER again. | bonkers2
29/1/2005 13:22 | It seems the only suckers that bought this share was those speaking with HB. Ian Murray - Like you they put many suggestions my way. ENT was my tester and whenever they called just to "Run a few ideas by me" I listened, noted and watched. In all 10 shares If I'd have put £2000 into each I would now be loosing about 60% (And reducing) of my money All bar 1 went south and the one that increased has since come back. With 10 shares I am convinced that I could have done better with an FT and a dart. I only wished I would have read these pages before throwing my hard earned down the drain. I will hang around to watch my last 1% dissapear. As you state HB should be reported. WTY | wty433
28/1/2005 17:26 | People like HB need to be reported for blatant lies, using aim as a means to shaft people is theft ,yes nothing but theft HB Oh have i offended thee HB well good your day will come. | vision88
28/1/2005 16:57 | will anyone listen......THIS IS A DOG!!!! | equitydealer007
26/1/2005 15:50 | Come on Enition!!! All my stocks have been doing well this week apart from this | cowls
26/1/2005 14:04 | they may recommend Majestic Wines, but the truth of the matter is you need to know when they are recommending that you buy , always ask the question if they have a principal position. IF SO, do not touch it! | equitydealer007
25/1/2005 16:45 | They were recommending Majestic Wines last Tuesday 18 Jan. | ianmurray
25/1/2005 14:15 | ian murray......my record from HB is pretty much the same...altho recently i switched out of CLV & EKA...at small losses into Lennox Holdings at 49p....yesterday Lennox went to 75p but before i was at my desk to cash in and get money back. but as for ENt...i bought in on their advice and bought more again on their advice after as it was "Stock of the YEar" and a "sopheon in the making"..........i don t blame the guys ringing out but the analyst who researched them...well | chapchip
25/1/2005 14:10 | Ian - What share did they recommend last week, I might short it :) | cowls
25/1/2005 12:57 | I too was told by HB that this was their "stock of the year" last February. I bought a large amount at 15.4p and they have not gained an ounce since. They even had the cheek to ring me up last week and recommend another share. When I said to them I was not liquid to buy any shares as I had ploughed all my spare cash into Enition they said, "some you win some you loose". WHen I told them that all the 6 tips they had given me over the last 2 years were not even worth a liquidation he hung up on me. I feel like reporting them to the authority? Anyone else had the same? | ianmurray
