To the point on DK..their guidance is for c500m EBITDA on NGR of c5b 2024...ten percent margin
Betmgm EBITDA is -250 on NGR of 2bn..although claims underlying EBITDA is 500m..ten percent would be 200m..
Seems to me Betmgm could be worth 40% of DK..more than the Valuation of Entain.. which makes 1bn EBITDA..where's the logic.. |

Entain keep leaving themselves open to fines. They've learnt nothing from their collection of businesses. With Australia they've skipped the continual checks on customers and not questioned the source of funneling funds by the sounds of it. They have to improve their systems and increase the size of fraud departments. Saving a few million on labour is stupidity considering the fines imposed. |

I cant find it now but I'm sure an analysist worked out that even if the Australian authorities fined Entain the previous maximum penalty charged for such an offence it would only mean a 35p reduction in Entain's share price For it to drop £2 is therefore ridiculous. |
Guys,We have the massive HMRC fine to pay back for bribery, the new pending one for money laundering that could see us down for even more years if of the same value, and we'll probably be done for corruption at some point if we survive.Being realistic, I'm not expecting the share price to be around £10 until about 2030. |
If someone wishes to bid for Entain and, say, is willing to pay a 50% premium, then if the shares are £8 then the bid would need to be £12 per share.
If the shares are £6 (as now) he would only need to bid £9 per share.
A possible reason why the share price is being kept low? |
If we get bought out at 500p I expect to see about 5 quid. |
