Annual results announced on the 12th last year.

One more sheep, albeit a tad nervous one, joined this small flock today, a good 'baa' to you all. Decided to buy a few before the results announcement hoping that they will be the precursor to better times ahead after the trials and tribulations of the construction industry during the past couple of years.

A pity there aren't any charts for this thread. Is Huge Pants still around?

This has come down low-think it is over played-debt free, or nearly and a established bussness. Although it will struggle along with the building trade for a while if they survive it should have less competition. Think it may be a batter down the hatches job and wait it out.

That seems a dramatic change on outlook and trading conditions since the finals statement just six weeks ago. Does anyone know the company and its markets well ?

Big markdown on the profit warning but no sign of any sellers so far !
No position - just a secondary watchlist candidate.

very good results and cashflow. The share price is well below the NAV and a divi about 5%. Happy to sit tight with these guys and pick some more up if weak one day as they are very thinly traded

They seem to be holding firm-ish a slow tick down-but i can live with that. No new out for a while now.
