| 11/5/2024 08:54 | Whilst clearly they are going to look outside to find the 'best' candidate. Unless they can find an absolute 'rock-star' - my money is on Rob Wood being appointed CEO. He's currently Deputy CEO as well as CFO, has been very impressive and is an excellent communicator. He's had specific responsibility for the Retail networks and has made a good job of integrating, sizing it and running it. Retail results have been excellent in difficult circumstances. So, his performance is excellent, knowledge and experience of ENT can't be matched. He's the natural choice, and if he doesn't get the opportunity we stand to lose him. I'll be very happy to see Rob at the helm I believe he'll succeed as CEO. | maddox | |
