Much better presentation than the previous one on Mello. Seeing the platform in use was good-liked the teleport feature. Growth in licences also looks strong.

The future is looking bright for engage. They have a lot of open positions. Just seen three of them are for Virtual Metaverse support agents across Asia US and Ireland . Essentially customer support agents working inside VR for customers. They have really came a long way since the initial IPO. I'm not sure of any Vr company with this level of maturity. Hold on tight.

According to the article linked below, HTC (A stakeholder in EXR) has developed a promising upgrade to the Vive Focus 3 VR headset, Hand Tracking. The Vive Focus 3 headset is aimed at the business VR market. The target consumer of this hardware are businesses and beneficially to EXR, aligns well with the target consumer of the Engage VR platform and upcoming Engage Oasis Corporate Metaverse. HTC is an important strategic partner of EXR in the VR market in Asia. Regarding the mention of the price point of the headset, in the case of business use, IMO I do not see this being a barrier to entry as I imagine the savings in terms of staff travel, accommodation, office space and time efficiency would quickly and by far offset the initial cost of this designed for purpose hardware. The potential uptake and scale of commercial VR use is huge and even with a conservative outlook of moderate use in conjunction with conventional travel and office attendance, it would still make this a very effective cost cutting tool. This sounds like an excellent, strategic appointment of Kenny Jacobs to the Board. Strengthening the Group's marketing capabilities ahead of the release of Engage Oasis. I like the following statement from Kenny, particularly the closing sentence, which is very exciting. IMO, looking at what VR can do, it does not seem too much of a stretch of the imagination to see this technology becoming the dominant form of electronic communication and commerce. The hardware will continue to shrink and get more advanced, data transmission facilitating VR will continue to expand (5G, Space X Starlink) and the utility of the VR experience will continue to evolve and become ever more effective. Mark Zuckerberg is at the cutting edge of VR technology and changing the name of his company with a near trillion dollar market cap, to Meta, is not something I imagine to be done with a high degree of speculation about the place VR and the Metaverse will hold in our near future. Imagine through VR, browsing and shopping in an Amazon Metaverse, how vast and popular that would be, then ordering and paying for products in VR, maybe even using Crypto from a VR bitcoin wallet? I imagine a company which will have built a working corporate metaverse and has the experience and credentials to build and oversee safe and secure metaworlds for large corporations could do particularly well in such a scenario. I will come back down to earth now and look to buy some more EXR while this is still cheap.

I thought the same. I found it interesting what he said in the video at minute 13:50. I imagine there is a huge amount of interesting content and development going on within the platform that they are not able to talk about due to the confidentiality requirements of their client's business activities within Engage. So it would seem only a fraction of the detail of what they are creating in terms of specific content makes it through publically and to investors. This strict confidentiality coupled with their recent ISO27001 certification should be sure to cement their reputation and the essential trust and confidence of their future Clients. A significant edge. Strong foundations laid here.

ENGAGE Update

The Group has signed an initial six-figure dollar contract to August 2023 with Optima Domi LLC ("Optima Domi"), an innovative classical curriculum development company, to service the first VR-based Florida charter school. Optima Classical Academy will start in the fall semester of 2022 with 1,350 to 1,500 third grade through to eighth-grade instructors and scholars attending classes virtually using the ENGAGE platform. Students will experience their school day and all subject area lessons inside the platform with specific immersive lessons built by Optima Domi, who will also manage the platform for the academy. It is planned that in the 2023/2024 school year, it will be
extended to the eleventh grade and in the following school year, from kindergarten through to twelfth grade.

In addition, the multi-national science-based technology company, 3M, has used the ENGAGE platform to build its own MetaWorld "3M Home". 3M Home is an exploratory VR pilot project with ENGAGE XR and a global cross-functional 3M team; the contract with 3M was announced on 28 July 2021 by the Group as part of a wider trading update. The project focuses on transforming the customer experience allowing them to interact, engage and collaborate with 3M materials and technologies in real-time from anywhere in the world. 3M Home expands the ability to connect with customers in an immersive virtual experience and helps demonstrate what is possible with 3M.
