TIDMENM Energem - TSX-V listing application TSX and AIM: ENM VANCOUVER, May 21 /CNW/ - Energem Resources Inc (the "Company") announces that, following its application to be voluntarily de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"), delisting is scheduled to occur on May 22, 2009. The Company has submitted an application for transfer of the listing of its common shares to the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V"). Trading in the Company's shares on the TSX has remained halted pending filing of the Company's annual financial statements, management discussion and analysis and annual information form for the year ended December 31, 2008 and which were due March 31, 2009 and its March 31, 2009 interim financial statements and management discussion and analysis which were due under TSX rules on May 15, 2009. It is expected that listing and trading of the Company's shares on the TSX-V would not be approved by the TSX-V before these documents are filed. Further to the Company's news release of April 22, 2009, the Company now anticipates being in a position to file these documents by May 30, 2009. Trading in the Company's shares on the London Stock Exchange's AIM is unaffected by these developments.
