I just listened to the results presentation and as per the RNS it was a strong and impressive set of results and outlook for 2025. The analysts who called in with questions were complimentary about the results. Well received in Canada and the share price is moving up. |

There is an investor call at 1.30 pm UK time before the Canadian and US markets open. Canada is the lead market for EDV with much higher daily volumes. EDV moved up sharply here yesterday as the Canadian market opened and I suspect the same will happen today. The results and the outlook are very positive. The company has clearly demonstrated that the CEO problems that are responsible for its undervaluation by the market have not affected its operational or financial performance.
EDV is a 1 million oz+ Producer throwing off increasingly large amounts of free cash flow. It is increasing its returns to shareholders and is more than replacing the gold that it mines. The outlook for 2025 should lead to further strong growth in profitability and free cash flow. It should start to rerate to come back in line with the increases seen by its peers in the last year.EDV is only up 10% in the last 12 months. |
Fantastic results,5.9% yield pointed out,and share buy backs on top of that 😁

No shock with these results. Endeavour are creaming cash with this gold price. They are keeping suitably quiet about it. Definitely one to accumulate. Should trot back up today imho. |
Despite the strong dollar which is usually negative for gold US bond yields are falling.....which is good for pog.Tomorrow will tell us how things are progressing with Q4 results.Nicely we hope. |
It moved north almost vertical at 2.30 which coincides with the opening of Canada and the US. |

It's likely that the dividend is above the minimum anyway,and coupled with the buy backs it went just tread water with the share price we are likely do well at this price point.
But I feel results will be strong and looking forward should be strong as well.

You are correct, I got the $435m figure from the Q2 RNS, it looks like it’s $435m over two years.
“Updated shareholder returns policy comprised of minimum dividends totalling $435m for 2024 and 2025, that are expected to be supplemented with additional dividends and share buybacks
$100m dividend declared for H1-2024, equivalent to $0.41/sh, that was supplemented with $20m of share buybacks; equivalent to a total return of $255/oz of gold produced in H1-2024”
FRES announced a special dividend and dividend increase yesterday, the producers are raking in cash with gold at all-time highs. |
Although it has to be said that the minimum dividend pay doesn't tally with the $251 and ounce dividend that they say they pay and the minimum prediction of production for 2025 if you do that calculation the minimum dividend comes out much higher.
And $277 and ounce total returns to shareholders including buy backs comes out higher than that,so lots of variables indicate that it most likely will be much higher than minimum especially if you include buy backs. |
I think you might have the wrong figure for the dividend.This is from the rns.
"For FY-2024, Endeavour returned $277.0 million to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks, 32% above the $210.0 million minimum commitment for the year, and equivalent to $251/oz produced, reiterating Endeavour's strong commitment to paying supplemental shareholder returns.
Under Endeavour's new shareholder returns programme, that was announced in Q3-2024 for the FY-2024 and FY-2025 period, the minimum dividend for FY-2025 is $225.0 million and this may be supplemented with both additional dividends and increased opportunistic share buybacks."
So the minimum dividend is 225m divide by 243548697 shares equals 0.72pence GBP per share.
But that is minimum and less than they paid last year,so it probably going to be slightly higher than last year based on POG |
Also,I would imagine results should be strong,eps should be good because of share buy backs.

Grabbed a few here for the results on Thursday. I never liked this company as it operates in a dodgy jurisdiction, but we have little choice in London PM stocks. EDV say “Minimum dividend for 2024-2025 $435m”

Down 13% here in the last five days with POG declines nothing of that order.Seen this price action before with fellow gold miner Centamin over years of investing there.Trading of gold miners can be very lucrative so with Centamin no longer in the FTSE traders have turned their attention to this as a gold miner play.Good dividend rise and BBs ongoing so unless Trump's tariff threats are hurting the share price or there's growing geopolitical tensions in West Africa where the mines are, i can only conclude MMs want this lower.The Ukraine gov has threatened to nationalise one of Ferrexpo's mines and maybe West African governments are eyeing up Endeavour's assets.(Been there before with Tanzania and Acacia mining). |

Results soon,I'm expecting decent results,strong eps because of the buy backs.Debt lower. POG still holding up and seems to have good signs for future moves upwards, central banks etc keeping up the buying pressure.

Results look very good,and positive news on the solar output side for 1st Q 25.
Positive news on bringing new mines into production etc
Dividend good and debt will start going down with solar output and increased gold prices.
