Nice.
Pity there are not a few more doing so.
Any predictions on price after 40 pence. If there is a share placing, it would be lower than that, so it would be some time before a bounce back over 40 pence again.

May be we have some new potential investors who will fund acquisitions?
My records show a number of trades which look like someone accumulating:
20,000 on 24th Jan.
20,000 on 1st Feb.
24,000 on 1st March
mopping up loose stock.

555,555 shares bought at 18 pence at 12.30 pm on 19th March and UP 10 pence on the day. But that was exceptional with CEO buying most of the overhang from Webb Capital stake.

The next leg-up could be news-driven, if the rumours are true that at the Conference on 7th March there were three major companies in London wanting an audience with EnablesIT's CEO about The Cloud.

Agreed but think on the rush from 10p to 30p and when you understand how that happened you will know how and why the rush to 40p will come to fruition

Something has to trigger the push to 40p. The odd grand's worth is not going to do it.

first trade a buy (3069 @ 32 pence) taking advantage of a penny drop, presumably to get the buyers in again, after a quiet few days. With the new razzmatazz website going live in June, things are a-changing, and the fish are jumping and the sky is blue.

Just to repeat what I pasted in at the top of this thread I began in December 2012:

A new hosted cloud infrastructure was launched in October 2012. This has been
priced to help gain some early client wins which will enhance the recurring
revenue position. This will allow Enables to capture a growing number of
companies looking to utilise Cloud based computing services in today's market
space.

"We believe that Nexus's existing foothold in the US markets will offer an ideal opportunity for Enables to cross sell into this substantial and lucrative market. In addition, we believe that the Enlarged Group will benefit from a significant increase in the critical mass of the UK business which, with the broader client base, will de-risk the US focus of the business and will offer further cross selling opportunities. The added strength to the management team following completion of the transaction should allow for increased leverage of the business through both organic and acquisitive growth." (Barney Battles.)

exactly solarno lopez, looks like we are the only ones with decent research on the company at this early stage. That's why I am optimistic that former Nexus' shareholders, who came in at over 1 pence historically, and who would need Enables price to be over £1-00 for value to be restored, could be pleased in 2013, depending on the pipeline of new business in USA. I pin my hopes in part on Enables longstanding link with HCA hospitals in UK, which originated in the USA in the late 60's and where now there are 300 private hospitals, some of whom may wish Enables to tender for business.

So there could be a series of announcements leading up to the end of the calendar year hike in the price to £1 ahead of figures in February 2014.
