02/4/2013 15:14 | AGM Statement 27th March 2013 from the CEO: The concluding paragraph... "Our continued efforts in attracting new customers are beginning to bear fruit and I am pleased to see our pipeline increasing. Attracting new business still remains challenging given the macroeconomic environment, but we are confident that the business will move forward throughout 2013 and into 2014. The combination of the Nexus and Enables businesses ensures that the Group is well placed to take advantage of opportunities and to benefit from cross-selling initiatives. While we are currently focused on organic growth, as previously stated, we are also considering a buy and build strategy when presented with suitable opportunities. We remain confident about the Group's future growth prospects and I look forward to further updating the market as to progress in due course." | bishopawn
27/3/2013 15:48 | great news going places at last | solarno lopez
27/3/2013 15:39 | Silver Worldwide has an interesting line up of clients on their Client Wall. Their website looks impressive to me and bodes well for EnablesIT when its new global website goes live in JUNE 2013. Here is the link below:- | bishopawn
27/3/2013 14:53 | Nice to know that we are getting back some losses and time to get the chappers out but I believe one of my purchases is in profit. Good luck Berny | sweepie2
27/3/2013 11:43 | Good luck all, I have stepped off this bus now. It will probably double over night knowing my luck. | berny3
27/3/2013 08:57 | They can be VERY CONFIDENT because of the plans in hand | solarno lopez
27/3/2013 08:52 | £1-00 and we will all have a very happy Christmas/ This statement could never have been issued unless they are extremely confident of imminent positive developments. It has to be a big contract in my opinion for starters, and I believe they must have a backer or backers in terms of cash for going buying an add-on. Best of luck for an exciting ride in 2013!! | bishopawn
27/3/2013 08:37 | WOW looking even better | solarno lopez
27/3/2013 08:13 | A pleasant start to the day | solarno lopez
25/3/2013 08:04 | SAYS it ALL they already have acquisitions under review and no doubt DD | solarno lopez
24/3/2013 22:50 | As part of the reverse takeover strategy we are committed to not only growing our business organically, but through selective acquisitions both in the UK and US. The implementation of this strategy is already well advanced. CEO 22/2/2103 | bishopawn
24/3/2013 22:32 | Enables has had two Seminars in London this month: 7th March had their tech team analyse the considerations for a successful and cost effective migration to the Cloud for business, and 19th March looked at Virtualisation strategies to make businesses more agile, effective and secure in 2013. Rumour has it that 3 big companies wanted a face to face with the MD. If anything concrete came out of that meeting on the 7th, that might explain the pick-up in activity in the market later in the month..just another thought from another angle. But I do like the style of solarno lopez who seems to have his ear to the ground and who hears a big foot walking in our direction. | bishopawn
24/3/2013 18:09 | I believe 1.00 would see me at breakeven, so that'd do just fine.. | brando69
24/3/2013 17:16 | Peter Weller the Finance Director paid 31.75 pence for 18,766, total shelled out £6,000. Previously with Nexus he hardly ever bought shares. For him to pay 31.75 pence suggests he is certain of a good return on his money in the not too distant future. TW is hedging his bets, telling his followers to keep it on their radar, whatever that means. Clearly he was not expecting a 20 pence rise in single week. In these markets, a very remarkable occurrence. Dare we hope for £1-00 this year? | bishopawn
24/3/2013 07:06 | There is most certainly something big a foot otherwise why get the price up...only to do a deal at a more realistic price than 10p | solarno lopez
23/3/2013 23:28 | TW wise after the event. My radar says that the buying especially by directors suggests a big contract win by the end of April, if not sooner. We might hear Barney Battles has bought some shares next week(?). | bishopawn |
