I didn't want to rub it in to brando, who really got it wrong on timing and everything else. I did get it right on the Webb disposal. The stake obviously has gone into other hands, and I guess it must be a significant new investor who may be willing to fund an acquisition or two.

Couldn't disagree more. Have increased stake in recent weeks, taking the opportunity to average down ahead of developments. Who takes this 4% stake sold on Friday will give us help in understanding how the next leg up will be actuated.
