The 3 directors have bought a total of 629,321 shares, which leaves 151,201 left from the Webb Capital sale.

Since 1st March, total sells have been in the region of 1,018,965 made up mainly of the Webb Capital stake (786,522) and total buys amount to 910,621.

On Friday 15th March, when 786,522 shares were sold just after the close, the spread was 8 - 12 pence.

On Monday 18th March the spread was 10 -12 pence (up 0.50 pence) hardly changed and surprising given the large sell on Friday.

Next day, it takes off up 10 pence, followed by up 10 pence over the next three trading days for a rise of plus 20 pence in a week.

Rightly or wrongly I have understood that Wallis's 555,555 shares purchase at 18 pence was taking part of the Webb sale. Quite a bit of the remainder has been bought by other directors.

I wonder if this excessive buying is in anticipation of the announcement that tells us some high profile entrepenuer has acqiured WEBB CAPITALS holding

Current valuation of company is £4.9 million with only 15.84 million shares in issue most of which are tightly held. The directors must know that the company worth more than that NOW, even before any further progress in profits. I have heard 38 pence is the value NOW, but it was just a rumour.

Peter was never one for buying shares. Perhaps cautious by nature in the Nexus period and who could blame him. The mood has clearly changed and Peter's purchase in my view in a strong indication of something big coming down the tracks for EnablesIT which will boost strong profits. Peter as finance director would always be interested only in one thing really, THE BOTTOM LINE.

Good luck!

The market makers seem keen to march it up too, on fairly moderate activity.

Of course, what newcomers to the stock will not perhaps realise is that two directors, Wallis and Bradburn, had 7,591,378 (47.92%) and 4,092,619 (25.83%) respectively.

Wallis has recently increased his stake by 555,555 shares, which is another 3.5%. That is a hefty 77.25% of the shares in two directors' hands.

So, things are tight when it comes to demand for the shares.
