With Alvares on trend with Tulainyo the results here could also positively impact on the EME share price. After a quiet beginning to 2018, the end of Q1 and then Q2 should see good value being added to SGC and EME. Please DYOR of course !

It's welcome news to read not only the well work over programme is proceeding so positively but a 50 % increase is anticipated before end Q1.By then, we should have the permit update and shortly thereafter fracking commencing on Dempsey - reference to the forthcoming JV partner update.Hence the worm appears to have turned, back upwards from here on.

Are we nearly there? We need Brimsley's analysis now so we know where we are on last nights ASX RNs. :) I think the Alvares-1 will quite probably be the jewel in the crown.

The Dempsey 1-15 well continues to be produced on an extended production test, while the additional
testing program at Dempsey is designed and permitted.
Sacgasco and its Joint Venture partners have been working diligently to assess the most economic way
to monetise the Dempsey well and the JV expects to provide an update shortly. As previously advised,
Dempsey 1-15 is a successful gas discovery with lots of optionality for future development and
production.

the more I think about this the more I think there is a sell off (part?) on the way and a distribution of cash. TK just cant shift that many shares without spooking the market at any point short to medium term and even he must need/want to liquidate some in the next 6 to 12 months. 12pps to 15pps for Indo or a farm plus cash for a stake in the Chinese big boy. Bring it on I say, spread the risk, bird in the hand and all that.

I would have thought warrants can be converted at anytime as the conversion price and terms are fixed from the outset, regardless of any closed period at conversion.
TK may want to benefit from cashing some in once the share price motors on progress this year and holding 17% of the company, you can't blame him if he wants to take few million off the table as he will still have a load of skin in the game.
If I were him, I would line up an institution that wants a few percent in EME once it starts to progress on China and the terms are known. He may want to hold the lot but I would cash a few million in and let the rest ride.
