The point that JJ made earlier regarding the increasing attractiveness of a potential farm out of our China prospects with oil well over $60 a barrel is particularly relevant as Gaz was saying back in April that oil there was economic as low as $30 a barrel.

The final evaluation of the China seismics will be available at the end of Q1 which will also include the key analysis of the migration pathway of the oil in relation to our 3 prospects. Q2 and Q3 was when the drilling planning was to take place which one imagine would include our potential farm out partners.

Dempsey and Duyong are the icing on the cake and the real prize is China with plenty of potential news flow on this in the new year.

crab4t. I have known Tom as many on here have over the years as a shareholder. The surfing story came from Gaz when I met him for the first time in the pub after the GM this year and the 1 in 100 was from Tom in the pub. I thought Gaz was pulling my leg on the meeting in surf gear, Tom confirmed it saying that he completely forgot about the meeting but had no idea what it was about. ( It's EME tradition to go to the nearby pub after a GM or AGM to chat to the shareholders....I still don't think TK has ever got the beers in :-((
I always do my best to follow my money and get to know the BoD. Tom and Gaz are very guarded with price sensitive info but you do get a feeling good or bad and mine was very good after that conversation. We now know that the 3D went very well and they have identified a 3rd target. If China comes off, Gaz and Tom will be very rich men and I'm sure they will laugh at what could have been.

PoO still pushing higher with WTI comfortably through $60.
That would be quite helpful if you're negotiating to farm out part of a pretty significant acreage in the South China Seas ;-))

Most likely there was some stock left, and by the end the buyers were paying more, 11.10, 11,15 and 11.20p last one

so expecting to open with the bid up at 10.75p
