Do the BoD have to RNS if Topaz isn't extended? This would be point of removing all directors and slash costs by allowing new CEO in to sell Duyung and wind up company by distributing cash. TBH they would probably be best doing that anyway given the Jade fiasco! If we are lucky we might get about 1.5pps!!!!

If TK and GB fail to get an extension on Topaz, I think they both need voting out and put a low cost CEO in place to divi up Duyung when that finally comes through. TK will gamble on another project imo. There are some large shareholders here who could make that happen if they wanted to. Just putting it out there.

It’s truly appalling how EME has been handled by our management
5th rate projects (bar one) losing (ahem) 2 million, all the while treating EME as a lifestyle company

Shareholders have been treated appallingly here, nothing in respect of GSA, although I understand that's via Conrad. Mind u look at their share price.Nothing reference Topaz and directors still taking full pay. it's just a total shambles, pointless selling, worth hardly anything.
