Looks to me like a "tidying up" RNS. Last one I can find is 25th March 2020 when Mr B had 14.027 million. So he's been buying over the last couple of years but his % holding has gone down because of the larger number of shares in issue?

but I'm in the money and waiting patiently for the final chapter,that counts,

Buzz totally agree. We are only half way through the drill. People seem to think that l it major partner CCNOC can be 50% out on their timings for a drill they do day in day out lol. My guess is Friday this week or next Tuesday. Oddly IG are currently 10.75 to sell and 10.73 to buy!
