Same answer as you've had each other time you've asked but you've struggled to acknowledge respectfully.I think the assets in China & Duyung are valuable and could transform the company & its' investors fortunes.I think TK is doing a very poor job of both realising the assets & communicating with shareholders.

I am sure Toon is a big player here. The point of my post that anyone can think what they want is lost on you.His belief in the company & eagerness to support that belief with his pocket doesn't influence my view of the situation at all.

I was in the first placing and Duyung not mentioned!!!!

Even if it was mentioned to placees I doubt they would have any greater understanding of what it's true value actually is than the speculation on this BB.

The converible holders will no doubt have been given far more info seeing as it is being used as collateral.

'No I didn't realise that because that sort of detail has not been released to general shareholders only that information contained in the RNS that said fraud perpetuated against COSL & the company & that no guarantee the funds can be recovered.Your words in the c&p btw, not putting words in your mouth.That sort of detail presumably only shared as a result of further questions by placees looking for clarification.You are welcome to believe whatever you like about my position & whether I hold or not much as I can harbour doubts about whether you actually hold or are just a plant to keep buyers coming in ?

Begorrah I said I think not confirming anything that First equity was the broker in uk and that certain MMs were selling shares they didn't have in the weeks before the placing and everyone was expecting a funding happening except yourself of course so please don't put words in my mouth. I don't understand your total negativity I always thought you were just trying to wind people up and enjoyed getting responses to your posts now I'm not sure you have shares in EME if you did you would be happy we finally have funding at long last. You have no idea if it is the deposit holding investors back, unlikely as it is not going to stop spudding.

Likewise

Toonarmy and others who say Placees are in for the drill.........you have no idea, and even if TK says they are he has only been told that.

Placees will do what is best for their bank balance and I am taking mine off the table when 9p is hit again, still have original holding and 12p warrants.

IMHO

Most placees will be looking for a quick flip.

When my broker puts me into a placing he is looking for a quick 5-10% turn.

I was in the PANR placing and put in 10k and made £350

There is less than 50-50 COS on Jade and that risk is too much for your average placee, and they won't understand Duyung underpinning the placing price.

I only held onto to my EME placing shares as I already knew the storey but was going to sell at 9p but just dithered thinking TK had a plan to get the warrants into play.

History of Oil & Gas exploration well success (or lack of it) indicates that it is prudent to sit on the sidelines and observe.
