Someone is buying up these sales while not trying to push the price up. There was a 373k yesterday and 164k just now covering sales so far today.

On RT tv, LPG a year ago was about $6,,now $27,for whatever is required..
and China ain't getting all the gas it needs,as Indo Countries are getting in first for their requirements..?
The sooner we see December the better/richer we will be..
hoping all things go well..

There will be no doubt a re-run of this program on RT later this evening,to get the facts correct,as I only got the jist of it...
from the Keiser Report..dyor..

Just had very small top up and will get more if it stays at these levels once cash is freed up. Less than 3 months to China spud and company making drill.

I hear what you are saying but what you are proposing is risky.

As all the warrant holders need to act together otherwise the risk is you exercise your warrants no one else does and there is a placing sub 6p.

Also there is a risk that the share price may not get to 12p for whatever reason, hopefully unlikely but this is Oil Exploration!!! Murphy's law!

I totally get that, no way would I sell at 6p to buy back at 12. I'd just be looking at whatever way I could to borrow more money to excercise the warrants then sell later to cover the loans...

I would say that the traditional exercise date of warrants is once they are 'in the money' which in our case would be higher than 12p. One then sells the equivalent number of shares and buys the warrants, pocketing the difference. Clearly, Oz being upside down from here, Tom anticipated an upside down result!

Listen Crosby stop being so smug

I intend to sell existing shares to pay for the warrants, I have no intention of selling at 6p to buy at 12p.

Sell at 10p to buy at 12p, that I am happy about.

It's not paradoxical at all only to you who seems to think he knows what everyone else should do.

I have no intention of buying a share at 12p when the price is 6.5p.

TK has misread the market I believe and I am more than happy to eat humble pie if proved wrong and hope I have to do.

Yes funding would be resolved if warrants were taken up
That’s why the share price has to be in double figures or it won’t happen
imho

A bit paradoxical really; if everyone excercised their warrants the funding issue going forwards would be resolved wouldn't it?

I have the right to buy warrants and I have no intention to exercise until funding going forward are resolved.

Well I’m not buying any 12p warrants at 6p that’s for sure
Come on TK make me want to buy them because we have a double figure share price

Yes, but buying more at a price higher than today seems bonkers. It's like saying wait till it goes to 12p and then I will buy?

Because paying 6p in the market now doesn't buy you two risk free options to buy more in the future

JJ, I think your missing something with the warrants.
If you convert before the three month deadline warrant holders receive two extra warrants. Now it isn’t inconceivable that once this is done the share price rises because the funding issues are sorted right?

It then gives those warrant holders a completely free ride on drilling…. So they can’t loose, this doesn’t seem to have been mentioned on this board afaics.

There have been numerous 100k sells going on for weeks now, could be different people but looks to me like someone is offloading and more than likely many from same entity.

Do "Long state" currently hold any shares because if they do it is in their interest to lower the price as they can then be allocated shares at the lower rate, was it 2 consecutive days over the last month they can choose.

Just a thought !!

Let's hope we get a JV on decent terms with any balance taken up with some of the warrants being converted. If the conversion price is an issue reducing rather than using Longstate may be a better option. The clock is ticking so I guess we will all find out soon how the financing pans out.Lets just get the drill bit turning asap.
