-- Award of IDC to COSL with targeted well spud date set for 15 December to 30 December 2021
-- Drilling rig availability confirmed and all technical, commercial and contractual terms agreed

-- The final IDC requires a Drilling Program and Geological Program to be incorporated (underway) in the coming weeks

-- COSL proposal includes a significantly reduced drilling cost estimate of US$12.3m (previous estimate US$18.5m), plus a success-based testing cost estimate of US$7.4m

Perhaps a small farmout could be a good idea, and let them be operator if we are struggling so much just booking a rig?

tick tock tick tock...come on Tom the clock is ticking...unacceptable that the whole procurement process was not ready to sign off as soon as the cash was raised, plus it doesn't take 7 weeks to get some additional prices for the next stages of drilling. We need a rig booking and confirmation to be issued to investors. There's no need for additional drilling and testing prices if there's no oil discovered, and personally I can't understand why the rig hasn't been reserved 'pending approval of all necessary permits'?

Excuses are for losers!!

I’m surprised in the extreme that non of the oilers producing around our acreage have not stepped in for a JV?
Or maybe they have but he’s not interested in what they have offered 🤷‍a94;️

- offer probably worse than dilution and going it alone (based on the fact that no JV signed - yet?), although a JV would spread the risk of failure while reducing the gains from any success, however even if we halved the potential value in the success case, it would still be a stonking result. I could live with a sale price of 50p!!
