Stewart, please don't take this the wrong way but do you think your frustration at a lack of an update is helping sentiment here and on the LSE board? Toon has explained to me and on this board why he thinks it is. I'm afraid you will just have to be patient like the rest of us. I'm sure our patience will be very well rewarded. I'm confident TK and GB are doing all they can behind the scenes.

Raven suspension extension until Monday. Safiande said that this is unusually long for a financial related suspension to take this long. Does anyone care to speculate whether that is a good or bad sign? Well, I say anyone...

Does anyone trade T+10 when you can trade T+20 for no extra cost? The 300s could be anything, but the later ones look like sells, and there does appear to be supply weighing down the share price over the past 10 days, which would suggest that they are all linked. They will finish some time, and the price should just bounce to its natural unweighed-down level.

I'm not normally one to over analyse the trades but... there was a 300k roll on the 6th Feb. ;-)
Looks like it might be a T+10 rolled trade forced out?

I would suggest that the 250k and 300k at 12.20p were the culmination of worked sell order by Peel Hunt. Online limit to buy cut to 50k, from 150k earlier.

Patience is indeed the virtue here, as maltby and toon say. My conundrum is whether to top up now, wait, top up one of the other AIM stocks I hold that are on news watch, pick up a bit of ftse100 or just hold the cash in my ISA. I'm still not very good at this yet :)

Stewart. Its as Showme said TK needs the Chinese to agree the updates and Conrad well we are hanging on coat tails, now don't get me started on Dempsey.

I understand its nice to get updates and I have a feeling in my water that we will be getting one very soon, other than traders or day traders the price is irrelevant as we all know what we are in EME for.

I know it is annoying but in terms of China we were told in the interims that we would be getting a further update towards the end of Q1 so a bit more patience needed particularly as the actual timing of news is highly likely to be out of Tom and Gaz's hands

Chinese authorities will vet any business card you are given while on business in China, without you knowing (other than chance observation of it occurring). That is how authoritarian governments operate. They will let TK release news when they are ready and in the exact format they approve, and not before. It's annoying, I agree.

Stewart, as frustrating as it is, I am guessing that Toms hands are somewhat tied.
Firstly, we have a 10% stake in an asset that is owned and operated by a private company so they probably don't need to advise TK of anything until something happens (sale or further development).
I think the China licence could possibly/likely need the Chinese to authorise any form of update release. With the Chinese red tape that could take some time. Just guessing but unfortunately we have 3 potential great assets but all for one reason or another are all covered in secrecy for now.

Apart from the Interims, its 5 months since we had an update on China regarding the 3D seismic and probably 6 or 7 months since an update on Duyung.

That is not good enough Tom, as shareholders we deserve more information, Dempsey well despite the huge rise initially from SGC and in particular GJ it will either come good when fractured or not, Alvaras on Trend with Tulainyo so that looks good, but I am here for China and Indonesia so give us an update.
