Morning all. Well it's been a long wait for those of us who have been in EME since Sugerloaf and Glantal days but finally the China drill and potential riches are now only a few weeks away.A couple of quick questions: Given that Tom has always said we are an exploration not a producer company what are we likely to do with the Jade prospect if successful and what would be the timescale for drilling Topaz?

JudiChevron got same deal as eme, 100% exploration interest but cnooc have option to take back 51% in develooment. JudiEme had to do 3d seismic on the block and did in 2016, once concluded they found 3 targets, cnooc were very helpful and allowed them to see seismic of nearby wells, it was then when eme analysed and concluded all oil discoveries around our blocks had gas clouds and the ones that didnt were dusters.Cnooc have other blocks which they partner with other majors, once the majors find something they automatically have option to take 51% interest.

Judi the Chinese need to drill hundreds of wells to gain oil security, we only found out that jade and Topaz have gas clouds after we did 2D& 3D seismic and several other tests all paid for by EME. China not paid a cent we did. So considering the amount of Capex China would have to spend this is a great deal for them, how many wells will fail we don't know but the ones that produce that is a great economic win for China considering that on success they will back into jade etc and on appraisal they will pay what $12/$18? which will then probably be capped for future production. So that's why the Chinese have let old EME get this site and due in a lot to Gaz Bisht influence similar to Total Chevron or Husky as they have gotten deals.

This is an important listen and understand why Jade is potentially very strategic along with the other SCS HC finds. This is BIG picture stuff but why China needs their own oil. It's 2 hours long, but it covers the monetary system and the link to oil.

It's primarily about the world monetary system and the crunch period we are reaching at a rate of knots. This is about macro stuff and not specifically about EME [far from it] but interesting stuff about the importance oil and gold to those nations outside of the US.

China needs its own oil as its $ reserves run out. Is this why there are so many rigs out there?

The red arc shows that Jade is surrounded by drill ships/rigs [red dots]. Jade is roughly where the small green circle is.

Next few months, technical targets are month cloud bottom around 11p then month cloud top around 16p

Successful jade drill should see boom breakout above 16p

I am a regular buyer over next 2 years whatever happens so happy to pay higher price. Looking forward to it actually.

I have been followin eme for awhile, now they got a drill slot and almost all permits in place its good time to buy. Jade and Topaz prospects have p10 close to 1500mmbbl, which is 1.5 billion barrels. That is huge and certainly we expect this higher as we get closer to spud. What the company has said all nearby finds have matched their p10 estimates or better!!!!!Warrants which were issued at the time of 6p placing are at 12p. Alot more to come here...

All 4 that have been drilled around jade have had gas clouds above the oil.So jade has been derisked, look at the images and how close the 4 finds are. Literally encircling..Theres a classic fill to spill geological setup in the basin. The company shows 3 traps, the lowest is oil find by cnooc and the other two traps are jade and then topaz. As you go updip the quality of oil, porosity and permeability is generally better.This is why company really excited.

If H9 finds oil at the current site will that derisk jade a bit? Not sure of the distances, but I would assume the criteria to drill there would be very similar to that of jade.
