"China Oilfield Services Limited ("COSL") has successfully completed the well site survey"

The blockage has been removed. But in all these cases:

"Early discussions with both COSL and CNOOC regarding a drilling slot using the NH9 rig, which is currently drilling a well for CNOOC in the region"

When one blockage is removed, another appears. Has a "drilling slot" been mentioned before? How was a spud on Christmas day ever a reality? Is a tracking of all rigs required? More delays. In early discussions still. The fun has not even started yet.

From the info I can garner. Appears to be about 100km SW of Jade and been on station about a month. I don't pay for premium access so any info I see is delayed. Could. Be way out on those figures.
