quick straw poll while we continue to wait on news...What price the share price pre-drill?

Using some simple calculations...

If we need say £10mln+/- for drilling (all in, includes permits etc)

and current market cap is c. £40mln, this would mean 25% of current issued shares would need to be raised =

577mln x 25% = 144.25mln shares issued @ say 7pps = £10mln

Total new shares = 721mln shares +/- depending upon share price at placing

P10 = 395mln bbls estimated for Jade @ 49% = 193.5mln @ $5/bbl in the ground = $968,000,000/c. 1.32 = £733mln / 721mln shares = £1.01ps

For Mean (225mln bbls) = 58pps
For P50 = 48pps
For P90 = 24pps

Toon - I have faith in TK, but the drill bit is the key to unlocking shareholders wealth.

Still Radio Silence. No funding news up to now and we have a drilling team that must surely know when they are supposed to start quite soon/ This must be a huge operation with all the planning and everything else involved, AMAZING!

Imagine if someone had posted, when the RNS came out on the 11th November, that we would reach the intended drill window without any finance deal having been announced or any update as to what was happening.Imagine the absolute outrage, disbelief & bile that such a post would have attracted from the usual suspects on here.Think on that when you read an opinion you don't agree with.
