08/9/2021 14:47 | Dollythesheep. How do I see the numbers? I'm assuming we have available c $5.5m from the recent placing that can go straight to drill costs. There may be a little more. Given the size of the prize in Block 29/11, the high CoS and an expectation that PoO is not falling off a cliff anytime soon, then I would expect/hope to see a JV based on about 40% of the drill costs for a 20% WI. That would only cost the farminee about $5m ( a small price to pay for a potentially huge payout). Add in back costs of about $1.5-2m and you then have the funding for the drill all sorted. The "market" is looking for certainty on the drill funding and the above would provide it, thereby releasing the brakes and moving on to the exercising of warrants to a maximum - initially- of c$6.5m (which would be more than enough to cover our % of testing costs - assuming that is needed). The above would leave Eme with about 39% of Block 29/11 and the farminee with 10%, AFTER CNOOC have backed in with their 51% . 39% of a billion barrels is a lot of money :-)) Imo | jemjem
08/9/2021 14:27 | The 100k seller is still lurking | blakieboy7
08/9/2021 13:30 | Judi. Frustrating though it is, they can't say anything unless and until Conrad say so. The good news though, is that during this period of news black out, the value of our 8.5% has increased considerably. I'm sure it will be worth the wait. Imo | jemjem
08/9/2021 12:52 | They are very very quiet on Duyung Not a word in 2 televised interviews Weird Makes you wonder if there is something brewing and they can’t/don̵ | judijudi
08/9/2021 12:35 | bid/offer 5.45/5.55 for 100k | lazarus2010
08/9/2021 12:30 | I agree with jemjem that a JV now looks the way to go and most likely how do you see the numbers on that if tom goes down that route. Of course that Hodge Drongo will be saying it's more fake news he hasn't responded to Toons post about a few bets has he, why because he's a no mark keyboard warrior no money no friends and lots time on his hands in spite of him saying he does this for a living he doesn't really even before he was forced out of Perth he hardly dealt with anyone of importance but more of that still to come just waiting for some more info on the wastrel. | dollythesheep2
08/9/2021 10:54 | Good interview with Mr Bisht. Buys starting to come in and hopefully from here on in it will 'finally' continue.. supported with news on all fronts ... JV - funding, operational updats.. no mention of Duyung but something beginning with T and ending with n makes me think we may very well be presently suprised on that one too ! GLA | hang ten
08/9/2021 10:46 | good interview with Gaz, however as a PR presentation would it have taken much more time to just touch on Duyung and the underlying value of those assets and high gas prices in Asia? PR has to be presented to potential investors who don't know the company or anything about them. Also no mention of the potential 395mmbbls target at Jade and the additional Topaz and Pearl estimates...ffs let's get our money's worth from these interviews!! We need the share price to take off, not bump along the runway! Are you reading this Tom? | lazarus2010
08/9/2021 10:31 | Good stuff | bengal1
08/9/2021 10:29 | Good interview that by Gaz I find him quite impressive 👏👏 | judijudi
08/9/2021 10:24 | Nice to see the PR starting to come through at long last. The interview with Gaz clearly talks about a JV in which the JV needed the drill rig to be confirmed before proceeding. I expect this RNS will drop quite soon and certainly before the warrant deadline. Duyung is the icing on the cake here and after such a long wait surely news cant be too far way. Conrad want to get this into production and need to get the POD, FID in place to move to the next stage. They are a private company and will almost certainly need to raise a lot of cash to it develop it. With gas prices soaring this asset EME may wish to keep or partially keep rather than an outright sale. | pb01
08/9/2021 10:14 | Chris you haven't discussed any of my points 3p soon? A 100 quid bet? Or no one will buy the gas at Duyung no GSA? Another 100 quid? Of course it's stranded gas. Come on take the bets you are such a high flyer 200 quid nothing to a man of your means :):)Discuss the above also answer and explain the legal letters you got from Andrew Child's are you now on a cease and desist order and what about all the fake news you have put out our friend Dolly is digging even more and Andrew should be getting further news on certain of your posts and reposts I believe all good fun. Come on DISCUSS | thetoonarmy2
08/9/2021 10:00 | also positive that Gaz mentions warrants facility to funding requirement.. states 22 Oct, 6 weeks yet. IMHO, we need some catalyst to set the shareprice alight and get to that conversion price.. Is a JV on the cards within the 6 weeks.. or an update on Duyung..? | currypasty
08/9/2021 09:58 | JV would make a difference but why have the warrants!!! | buzzzzzzzz
08/9/2021 09:54 | Toon, Thankyou for your insight!!! nudge, nudge, wink, wink | bengal1
08/9/2021 09:50 | I think you need to pay malky to get a more positive promotion! | currypasty
08/9/2021 09:43 | lowsulpher17 Sep '21 - 16:10 - 40276 of 40286 0 0 1 Hi Strwart4990 it will take more than Ronaldo buying to move EME up wards, come on TK Tell whats happing with the sale of DUYNG get it sold and then were of and running for the drilling campaign. -------------------- Can we all chip in a quid and sponsor Ronaldo's shirt? We just need a slogan... 'Malcy says Empyrean is one to watch' doesn't quite have the hook we need how about 'Empyrean Target 888p' should get the Chinese fans googling!! or '88,888,888 Tom Kelly's no fool' - nah, that would get deleted as Fake News ;-0 | lazarus2010
08/9/2021 09:41 | Jemjems daily fakes news Yaaawn Discuss | hodge podge
08/9/2021 09:41 | Very positive that Gaz talking about a JV, IMHO | currypasty
08/9/2021 09:35 | FFS Christ I only posted a piece from the Daily Mail and said it “MIGHT” put potential investors off I’m not the only person that needs to chill! | judijudi
08/9/2021 09:34 | blakie. No question in my mind a JV will be sorted to cover the majority, if not all the remaining costs. That will get the price going and the warrants will get exercised. More PR coming along with JV. Imo | jemjem
08/9/2021 09:30 | Interesting that Gaz mentioned they are focussing squarely on a JV | blakieboy7
08/9/2021 09:21 | New proactive interview with Gaz... | jemjem
08/9/2021 09:21 | It's going to take more than PR to drive the share price up. Only when there is clarity on where the additional finance is coming from will the share price hit the approipriate level. I am not sure what rabbit TK has got to pull out of the hat other than Duyung. It's all very well to sit in Perth and talk about super warrants etc but surely by now he must realise that EME shareholders are not mugs. Having been in the placing I am not very happy and there is the potential for another placing at 5p ie below the 6p placing and if asked to participate I would want a very sizeable discount to do so having been mugged off by TK last time. | buzzzzzzzz |
