08/1/2015 14:28 | On a p/e of 6 and PEG of .46 for 2014. Price near 52wk lows. Acquired 75% stake in Ball and Hoolahan Ltd in mid December which they said would be immediately earnings accretive. Price has come down around 10% since on no news. "I am delighted that Ball and Hoolahan, a well-established business that has an unrivalled reputation within the marketing recruitment sector, has joined the Group. This investment is in line with our ongoing strategy of developing leading brands within the sectors in which we operate. We believe there is a great opportunity to replicate their success in the UK within our network both in the UK and overseas." Last statement indicated in line progress: "The Group has made strong progress to date in 2014, both financially and operationally, and is delivering on its brand led strategy with a focus on growth markets and sectors. In the first half of 2014 the Group experienced a 24% increase in Adjusted profit before tax, with Adjusted earnings per share increasing 25%. As per the stated strategy, we continue to invest in our brands to deliver future growth, with new offices opened in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Chile and Mexico. During the period we also made an investment in a Dubai based professional search firm which allowed Empresaria to enter into a new and important geographic region. We continue to investigate further investment opportunities to help drive our business forward. Despite currency headwinds we see exciting growth opportunities ahead and are confident in our ability to deliver profit growth over the next few years. Based on performance to date, we are confident that earnings for the full year will be in line with market expectations and look forward to delivering further growth." Caledonia down to 15% and have not sold any since September, so that's quite positive imo. STAF reported in-line too recently. EMR is considerably undervalued compared to peers SCSW did a full write-up in Sept @47.25p. Could it make SCSW NAP for 2015? All imo, dyor | aishah | |
