17/3/2006 14:00 | These are flying imo, said they are in-line, boss buying shedloads, now this: RNS Number:9893Z Empresaria Group PLC 17 March 2006 Empresaria Group plc Acquisition of Empresaria GIT Holdings Limited Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or "the Group") is pleased to announce that on 17th March 2006 it purchased 60% of the share capital of Empresaria GIT Holdings Limited ("GIT") for an initial consideration of £90,000 (3.8 million Czech Crowns). In addition Empresaria has made available a loan of £60,000 (2.5 million Czech Crowns) to fund expansion of the business. This transaction continues the expansion of Empresaria's international operations and represents its first move into Eastern Europe. It also extends the Group's representation into two new countries, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. GIT has offices in Prague in the Czech Republic and Bratislava in Slovakia and supplies staff principally in the IT market. In the year ended 31 December 2005, GIT's operations generated sales of £150,000. Commenting on the acquisition, Miles Hunt, Chief Executive of Empresaria said: "We are delighted to be able to announce this continuation of our international expansion programme and our first step into the rapidly developing Eastern European markets." 26/2/2006 21:40 | Thanks Sophie for those links....good work. The forecast for 2005 was 5.5p as per Bridgewell Securities and 7.0p for 2006. The company has already stated that 2005 EPS are in the bag, therefore 2006 EPS of 7.0 is likely to be a cake walk. Forward PSR is only .23 with a projected turnover of £67m but I would expect (like CR) an upgrade on the 2006 numbers....quite aggressivley too and this would trigger a rerating. I have also got an e-mail from CEO Miles Hunt and he has offered to speak to me directly after the results on 24th April but my suspicions are that this stock has got some real mileage in it. There is a cracking management team with deals galore in it imo and as well as Tony Martin the founder Miles Hunt is an ex non-executive director of Tribal Group which has a forward PSR of 0.7 at the moment. These guys have been successful wherever they have went. The Caledonia Investments stake is interesting in that they tend to build stakes over a period of time before looking for board representation in undervalued small caps. Could be the start of some stakebuilding here and when this gets an appropriate wind behind it then we'll travel some distance. We'll not sit at this level for long! Regards, Amo | ![]() amorruso

25/2/2006 18:05 | Sophie_k - 24 Feb'06 - 15:07 - 32 of 33 It looks like you may be right Sophie and the chart looks very tasty with a reverse head and shoulders having formed. The stock revisited the placing price at end of 2004 and should we get a breakout soon then 120p will happen very quickly. But it is simply too cheap a stock on the fundamentals so it is only a matter of time before we get big movement. Seen it all before. Regards, Amo | ![]() amorruso
24/2/2006 15:19 | just a bit of stock around at the moment I think Sophie - get that cleared and away we go I suspect - amazing how punters get attracted to a stock when it starts rising. yas0 - 'yes, I remember it well' as Maurice Chevalier might say. Yep, consumer never rolled over and I'm amazed CPR hasn't eventually come off more but Harris's bottomless pockets seem to prop it up well with sharebuying. Better luck here I think. :-) CR | ![]() cockneyrebel

24/2/2006 10:27 | I agree with you but the fundamentals here will make sure that the price is corrected and quite soon I believe. It is fairly tightly held so it can go boring days at a time without much movement. However, I believe that the company may actually be trading way ahead of expectations. My belief is based on the broker forecasts for 2006 which clearly says that this is without the recent acqisitions. Since then we have had a near £700k share buy from the Chairman and a trading update that says that the recent start-ups are ahead of expectations. When it moves it does move fast though! | ![]() amorruso
24/2/2006 10:10 | Dear All, I remain rather bamboozled as to why this stock is not attracting more attention. It would appear to me, on the basis of the update yesterday and the faith being shown by those at the helm, that this is rather cheap. Ordinarily, it is not a sector in which i tend to invest, but for those prepared to wait I am of the considered view that this represents a tremendous opportunity. For the record I have a long position, and thus my view is bound to be somewhat biased. Regards | yas0
23/2/2006 20:00 | I think that the large £640k director purchase back in January bodes well for the future. As good an indicator as we are likely to get. That was a 50% increase on his holding at that time! Looks cheap to me too and I agree with CR in that there must be some reason for that director purchase. My view is that the last few months of 2005 was well ahead and this is continuing. Maybe another interesting acquisition to come too? Cheers, Amo | ![]() amorruso
23/2/2006 18:13 | That note says it doesn't allow for acquisitions in H2 so they could be ahead of these forecasts. I think sometimes 'we will meet' doesn't mean they won't be ahead - it means they will meet or do better. I think 2006 will be upgraded for the acquisitions. CR | ![]() cockneyrebel
23/2/2006 18:09 | Edison and Bridgewell both quote the same figures Edison note is on their site - you need to register: Bridgewell has it as a buy, Edison don't have a recommendation. Look cheap to me :-) CR | ![]() cockneyrebel
23/2/2006 17:40 | Hi Amo and CR Been watching these and think there is value to be had. Was hoping for more of a pullback to the 70p mark but don't think I'm going to get that somehow. Nice statement today but probably the bit saying that they will only "meet market expectations" has kept the lid on this for the timebeing. Do either of you hold any research on this ? I'm only aware of the Edison notes. I'll continue to monitor for the moment but wouldn't be surprised if I miss the boat. Kind regards GHF | glasshalfull

22/2/2006 16:33 | Yes, the director buy was a buy signal if ever there was one. Low market cap too so we could see this over 100p level with the tight float. Amo | ![]() amorruso
